Mesaba Heating & Air Conditioning

We recently had Mesaba Heating and AC clean our duct work and install a new furnace. The technicians were just great. Friendly, professional, conscientious, answered all of our questions, and left the work area cleaner than it was. We could not have had a better experience. We have done business with Mesaba before and have nothing but good to say about the technicians that perform the work. We have also had great experiences when working with the office . The professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness of Mesaba's employees is a tribute to the company. You cannot go wrong choosing Mesaba for your heating and ac needs.

Had a mini split installed on my boat in property on lake Vermilion. These guys came highly recommended by others on the lake. I was very impressed. The sales staff actually saved me money. I thought I'd need a larger system. He could have easily said ok and let me spend a few thousand dollars more. Installation date was within 3 weeks of sale, very fast. Communication was great with myself and my electrician. Installation crew was very thorough and very informative. They worked quickly and cleaned everything up nicely. The office staff even had my power company rebate paperwork filled out for me. I could not be happier or more satisfied. Im almost sad that its not in the 90's.

$10,000 system installed 6 moths ago, has never worked properly. Last month we were told it needed replacement. Every week since we have been told there is nothing they can do, their supplier has no units! Exact words are, we can’t give you what we don’t have! They had no problem taking my money! Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Called Daiken directly was told they are still making ang shipping units so the problem is at Mesaba.

Our technician was super professional, not pushy about extra services, very polite, had helpful suggestions, and was easy to talk to. I appreciate how they were able to schedule us for service! Thank you very much!

We were having an issue with our AC/furnace system so we didn’t have AC. I contacted Mesaba heating & air conditioning and they were able to send a repairman that day. The gentleman was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately. Unfortunately, our blower motor was damaged beyond repair but he had a new motor in his vehicle. He was able to replace it the same day. Within a couple of hours he had our AC up and running. I cannot thank him enough! We will be using them again for any future maintenance and repair needs.
