I believe Joel was the one who made me aware of an annual service agreement they offer. It worked out very well.

Friendly staff answering phones and helpful with questions. Very fast service. Randy came out helping us decide what size unit was needed. We did not have to wait long for the install. We were very informed on the process and knew what was needed from us. They followed up by making sure we understood how to program our air/heat unit. The installers were friendly, polite and they cleaned up everything when done. We will always use mesabi heating and cooling in the future.

Josh came to our home to check on a problem with our air conditioner. He was on time, courteous, very knowledgeable, and very personable. He had the problem figured out in no time at all. He took time to talk and explain the problem and all our options. We will definitely call again with all our air conditioning and heating needs. Rates were very fair. Great experience

I called them for an estimate. They said the guy could be there in a couple hours which was good. When he showed up he seemed confused at the problem I was having. After being told it would be around $1,500 to solve the problem but I might be better off buying a new furnace for $6,000 I decided to call somebody else. The next eating specialist I called fixed my problem for under $400 no talk about needing a new furnace I was out the price of the house visit which. if I remember was 125 bucks for nothing. I wish I'd never had called these guys be careful if you're dealing with them and he even showed me a picture of a mouse in my furnace which I think was already preloaded onto his tablet. He tried to tell me the mouse was causing the smell when it was actually the motor that was overheating on top of the furnace. Always good to get a second opinion unless you like giving your money away. You wouldn't post this until I gave him one star I wish there was an option for no stars

Had a new Daikin furnace/AC installed this week. Randy was very helpful with assisting us on making decisions on what equipment would best serve our needs. No pressure, just knowledge. Scheduling was easy, installers came on time and did a great job along with clean up. Answered any questions we had and explained the overall operation and technical thermostat. Everyone has been professional and polite from the scheduling, techs to the office staff. They went the extra mile to ensure that we were pleased with everything, helped with paperwork and vowed to provide that same service any time I needed it.
We had contacted 4 HVAC contractors and not one called back..........except Mesaba, Randy got back within 15 min.
Very please and would recommend the company. Thank you all.

They showed up on time for the appointment.
It turned out that I needed a new fan for my furnace.
They ordered a new one. They showed up on time for the installation of the new fan.
I called around to get an idea on the cost on a new fan and labor. Their price seems to be around the same as everybody else’s.
They were very easy and pleasant to work with.

What else can you as for?

I called masaba last Yr 2022, Well Randy went to my property & looked @ my furnace, his expertise was spot on & very efficient! He text me a pic of the prices for a new propane furnace (My old 1 was oil)Then I called him back 8 months later & he remembered me. I asked if the prices in the pic from 8 months ago were the same or were they + - because of inflation. He said he would honor the same prices as the pic! I was super impressed that masaba didn’t change their prices “Like other local furnace companies did” this being said I had Masaba install a New propane furnace & A/C unit. This company is very professional & the install was right away. I truly recommend Masaba they are the best in the Community, Thanks Masaba!

The gentleman that came to my house was very respectful covering his shoes before entering. He was polite and professional making sure if I had any questions before he left.
