McGuire Heating And Cooling make it possible to accommodate people's schedules. Their Technician explained what was wrong, how to fix it, and just did it. Placed everything back together how it was. Very knowledgeable young man. We became customers last year, and will continue calling them for any A/C needs.

The service installer arrived on time. Jack was very professional and polite. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and showed me important details on my new unit. I was so happy when the job was completed ahead of schedule. There was no mess left behind, just a job well done. Very pleased with the service I received.

DON’T USE THESE PEOPLE. Extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. Our furnace was down. We called on Tuesday asking if they could take a look at our furnace that day, they said yes okay they could do that. No one showed up on Tuesday. We called again on Wednesday, they said a technician would call us shortly to arrange a visit. No one called, no one showed. Same thing happened on Thursday. We get it, you guys are a local business and you might have back log and can’t attend to us right away. But we will really appreciate if you could just be honest with us up front about scheduling instead of making promises you could not fulfill. It is the middle of winter in Minnesota, and it’s not easy without a furnace. If you had told us right away you could only come 3 days after, we would have gone to somebody else instead of being left hanging for days. Terrible service!

During one of the hottest weeks of the year, my HVAC just stopped blowing cool air. Jack confidently began troubleshooting the unit, and quickly fixed the problem. Efficient and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company!

This company is very professional and installation technicians were absolutely great. All was explained very well by Asif and completed on time. All the work was done by experienced technicians. Highly recommended!

I had an appt scheduled for air cond. repair today, and had a job id # sent to me. I was told a technician would call me. NO TECHNICIAN CALLED!
I called at noon- was told by the call service someone would come between 12:00 & 4:00 today. NO TECHNICIAN CALLED. NO ONE CAME TO MY HOME!
I called at 4:00 to ask what was going on. The woman said the technicians were helping others- helping regular customers... and couldn’t get to me. The next available appt would be Friday. This is NOT A RELIABLE COMPANY!

Jack and his crew did an outstanding job checking and cleaning my mom's furnace. He detected her humidifier was not working properly and showed me what was wrong. He repaired it and then showed me that it was working properly . He explained everything and took the time to answer all of my questions.

The installers were efficient, timely and thorough.

Very pleased and satisfied with the services Jack has given us both times we needed help, very honest, knowledgeable and not out to gouge people like some companies out there. Explained things in very simple form and gave choices for different budgets. Great after sales service as well. Couldn’t ask for better service!
