****THIS IS -NOT- A LOCAL COMPANY****. When you call, you are routed to a call center, they will take your order than offer to waive the $125 service fee if you sign up for their service program that cost $149. Seems like a win, IF IT WERE A LOCAL COMPANY.

So I signed up thinking it was A LOCAL COMPANY, than I googled the address for McGuire, and it comes up as Home Depot. Then I called them asking for the address, and the girl lied to me and said that it closed and everyone was working from home. (Sounded like a call center in the background to me).

So, okay, I was scheduled for service between 11am to 3pm. Didn't show, so I got out of the contract, 3-5 days for a refund, we'll see how that goes...

Then you go down the google reviews, and you see they all have like 1 or 2 reviews, and they all have these clear face happy face shots, and they say the same things about the local companies in the area. But what I noticed is the guy that said he liked Copes barber shop because he was a professional.....haha...anyone that knows Cope he's a great barber, a great guy and it's a fun place to hang out and get a cut, but he ain't no professional. -ya, they're probably plugged reviews.

So this is a front company for "Premium Home Services" - A finder company (like Angie's List), that connects questionable techs with jobs, and takes a cut, and it's main purpose is to get you enrolled in their maintenance programs.....

McGuire Heating And Cooling techs are always on time and work diligently on the systems. I like that they take the time to review the findings with you in non-tech language and give you options to make best decision. Also used their financing option, which was set up in a breeze. Very satisfied and will continue to use them

Jack has come out to our home 3 times since we moved to our new home. He is always on time, professional, and knowledgeable. He has always explained to me what was wrong, the options we had to fix it, and the cost. I always request for Chris when we have an issue with our furnace or AC. We will continue to use McGuire Heating And Cooling in the future for all of our HVAC needs! Excellent company and customer service all around.

McGuire Heating And Cooling has been servicing my air conditioning and heating for only a short time now, but I have been impressed with their knowledge, professionalism, and ease of scheduling. Additionally, their office staff has always been very pleasant and very responsive to my needs.

Service was great from the first call to get a technician out to look into our older air conditioning unit! Scheduling was quick and Jack was very helpful with all my questions through out the new install process. Install was quick; was scheduled for 12 pm install by the time I got home everything was up!
