Randall's Heating & Cooling, Inc.

Paid to have our furnace cleaned before winter. We thought the tech did the job as they were supposed to, because you know, that's what we paid for; only to have no heat less than 3 months later. Called Randall's and was told that because we didn't say something sooner, you know, when we weren't really using our furnace, that it was our fault. They either wanted to wait until the 21st to come out (it's 5 degrees outside, we don't have heat and were having to use our oven to heat our house) or charge us $200+ an hour to come out in 2 days. We called another company and he found clogged tubes that the Randall's employee clearly didn't even bother to touch. Extremely disappointed, especially since we've been using this company for the last 5 years.

This was absolutely an amazing and quick service. The two technicians from this place installed a new cooling unit and fixed our duct work. They were great guys and would recommend them to anyone in need of heating or air conditioning services.

From start to finish this the experience was first rate. Mark sold us a great unit and Mike was very helpful and professional when he did the install. Thank you!
