We had a Lennox high efficiency furnace. One of the other "reputable" companies in town told us that annual inspections weren't needed for the type of furnace we had. After seeing a news story on a carbon dioxide leak, I decided to dig deeper. I called Brents and was finally given accurate information regarding "maintenance free" furnaces- the life expectancy of such units ...and what we could expect in the future given the age of the unit. Needless to say, we decided to get a new unit, and a new hot water heater as it was just a matter of time before it broke down and purged itself of water onto my carpeted basement floor. We called several places for estimates. Brent's philosophy, willingness to understand our needs, pricing and professionalism helped us to make the decision to go with Brent's after some careful deliberation. I'm extremely satisfied with the outcome! Super professional, honest and fair pricing have made our family a fan. Our new furnace is quiet and super efficient. Our on demand water heater takes up no space, will never leak while the savings in our utility bills makes me smile every month. All in all, couldn't be happier! Had Josh come out to look at our gas furnace that was not functioning. Within 5 minutes I was told I would need a completely new furnace and that the heat exchanger was bad. I was quoted $5300. Second company came out and determined there was snow inside our vent pipe blocking the air intake and there was absolutely nothing wrong with our furnace. So incredibly disappointed that a local company would act in this manner.
I called them yesterday to get our water heater fixed, as there wasn't enough pressure to heat up. Josh had it fixed extremely fast & gave me some much needed advice on how to use a boiler system. (I was used to electric baseboard or central!) I appreciate the fast response and repair. Thank you!
Called Brent's to check my furnace after it failed a CO2 test by the gas company. The tech recommended I call a Bryant dealer to check the warranty status to have the heat exchanger replaced before I just bought a new furnace. This is the type of service that earns loyalty.
We have been very satisfied with Brent’s . We bought a new Trane and thermostat last year that we can monitor from our iPhone. Bought another of the same thermostat for our rental this year. We have had Brents service and clean our furnaces for yrs. Always prompt and thorough.

Had someone from Brent's come out to look at my boiler when it wasn't working properly. First the guy tells me my whole system is junk and needs to be completely replaced which would cost me around $10,000. Then when I tell him there's no way I can afford that he tells me that it is possible to get my current unit running and lists off all these parts that it supposedly needed which he said would cost me $2000. I got a second opinion from another local guy who came out and looked FOR FREE and determined the cause was a faulty breaker. He showed me how to change the breaker myself and didn't charge me a dime. The cost to get it fixed ended up being $20 and Brent's still charged me $99 for the service call.
