Americool heating and cooling

Called and came out next day. Went over everything in full detail of what was wrong with my current A/C from the prior homeowners and what my options were. Ended up replacing it. Cross checked prices online of make/model and installation, everything was well within average, so I didn't get pushed around. Came and installed next day after. Very upfront and professional. 5 hours to install (10 - 3), everything cleaned up afterwards. I'm pleased.

Nice guys, horrendous workmanship. Adjusting an earlier rating, our 1.5 yr old system has let us down 4 times so far on the hottest Michigan days. They've had technicians out to repair it 4/5 times however every repair seems to be a band aid that lasts a few weeks rather than a permanent solution.

In an industry with so much competition I would've hoped quality work would exceed laziness.

Great service! Had my Ducts cleaned by Caleb and Mandy, and they were Very friendly and helpful! They were patient and answered all my questions. I learned quite a bit about my heating and duct work systems! I recommend them highly, and I will be a repeat customer!! :)

We had a new A/C unit installed as the previous unit had a Freon leak. Americool replaced it with a unit that does not use Freon. I was initially skeptical about the cause of the problem but once we got the new machine up and running it has been fine ever since. Very reasonable pricing, and a friendly staff who came out on short notice on numerous occasions during the hottest days of the summer.

Next day service for my A/C unit on some of the hottest days in early July. The service technician, Greg, was very nice and thorough. He diagnosed the problem and made the repair efficiently and had the unit back in service. Thank you very much!

Amazing company. Very kind and informed me about every detail to my repairs. They were even kind enough to answer a late night call and talk me through a problem then came to check the next day. Called on another very cold day and they were out in less than 2 hours to help. Great group would recommend their work to anyone

They came out right away when our furnace went out (Friday) and had it fixed on Monday. Work was done in a timely manner and they cleaned up after themselves. Competitively priced.

Americool went beyond the call of duty!!! Our furnace went out, and I didn't want to spend another day without heat. I begged Ed and his son Ryan to get it done ASAP. He told me how they had already worked all day, but he called his son to ask if he could work late. I yelled over the phone, "Please do this for a retired teacher!" and Ryan told his Dad, "For any teacher I'd get it done, no matter how late."

$180 to come out to tell me I needed a new unit for $4000. I got a second opinion and it turned out it needed cleaning and the wire from the compressor grounded. Crooks. How can you take advantage of women?
