    Started my air conditioning system before the season started. It wasn’t kicking on outside, called Serene Comfort from a neighbors referral. I couldn’t be any happier with their repair. Turned out to just be an electrical part. They washed, cleaned and adjusted the ac too. Appreciate all the quick professional workmanship.

    It was -8 degrees outside and when we came home at 10 pm our furnace was not working.
    The house was in the 50's. I called 5 companies that night. Only Serene Comfort answered their phone. They were able to send a tech out late that night. The furnace tech call that he would arrived just after 2 am. He was very professional and fixed the problem quickly, checked out the furnace and fixed another problem. The price was fair for a emergency after midnight call. They had all the parts in the truck and the parts prices were reasonable.

    None of the major furnace companies answered their phones.

    We've had Serene Comfort HCR to our house for three different "projects" and they (specifically Ivan who we've requested for all 3 projects) have been nothing less than exceptional.

    I am finally taking the time to write a review and on Good Friday of all days during the #StayHome movement which itself is a highlight. After setting the appointment (2p - 4p) I realized I hadn't asked about their quarantine procedures and was assured that the technician would take all necessary precautions but that they would first FaceTime with us to determine whether they needed to enter the house. Received a call at 2p from Ivan who quickly determined he needed to enter the house. And once again he delivered (mask, gloves, booties).

    Another great visit and will continue to use Serene Comfort. Proceed with high confidence!

    Repair quality is good.

    quoted for $85 from their office but there was a misunderstanding that I thought it's diagnose plus labor. When technician arrived and took a look, found out no new part is needed, just need to unclog the drain line. but turned out that '$85 is just for diagnose, plus $100 dollar since we are using CO2 equipment'. Technician told me 'either pay $185 to repair or pay $85 diagnose and I leave'. Shocked by his attitude.

    So, keep in mind to talk clearly on cost.

    After having problems with my furnace, I called Serene Comfort early in the morning to schedule a technician to come look at it. A very nice man asked me several questions over the phone and walked me through a couple things to check, and, sure enough, he was able to help me get it running - no service visit required. When I actually DO need a technician, I'll be sure to call these guys again. A class act all the way.

    Called several places try and get my AC worked on the people at this company went out of their way to advise me I was getting a good deal. Even though they could not beat the quote that I already received they took time and talk with me and help me to understand what I should be looking for and not looking for, advising me they unfortunately could not beat the quote I was already given. My only hope is the company that’s doing the job will be as honest as these people.

    Called to see if they could help me fix my furnace and the guy over the phone told me check if there was something stuck in the furnace fan. If they came and checked it out it would cost me some money but the guy was nice enough to offer some advice. I checked and there was a plastic bag stuck in the fan. Free advice and no charge for the help. Guy was very cool and professional.

    Absolutely amazing. Called here and spoke to Jonathan who over the phone had me hit a reset switch i couldnt see in the back and heat back on. Saved me a fortune in emergency costs being Christmas eve. Thank you again, will only go to this company now for anything.

    I called Serene Comfort the hottest day of the year. They told they couldn't have anyone
    out until 11:45-2:45. At about 1:30 I was becomming concerned. At 2 o'clock they called and told me they would be there 2:45-3:15. At 3:10 they called and told me theywere 29 minutes away. They showed up at 3:40. Ivan fixed my air conditioner and the charge was in the ball park of what I thought it was going to cost. Thank you Serene Comfort
