    They fixed what the builder and original contractor could and would not! Super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Very quickly found an issue with our only 3 year old furnace and replaced the parts. Also remedied and error with the venting location and design.

    Chris was wonderful to work with for our air conditioning repair needs. He said he would be there at 8am and he actually arrived early! He was in and out so fast I couldn't believe it and the AC works like a charm. Chris couldn't be more pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Comfort Plus for your heating and cooling needs!

    I got my old furnace and AC unit replaced with comfort plus. It is done very well. Great and Quality work in affordable price. My basement kept very clean after all work done. Very good and knowledgeable team. Thanks Chris, Tim n Nick..

    I Do not recommend this company. guy came out yesterday said everything was good, but then the next day still having the same problem. same guy comes out today cleans the blower and says it going to be 180 dollars. but he didn’t even tell me a price before cleaning it. In that case I would’ve cleaned it my self at no charge. Now I’m out 280 dollars. i call the office the guy says yea he’s supposed to tell you the Price before doing anything. now theres nothing they can do. some BS. i will make sure no one goes thru this company, they just want peoples money. I knew I should’ve went with a different heating and cooling company. Never will do business with these guys ever.

    I found water leaking out of my utility closet in the basement on Saturday around noon. Just an hour later, I had a technician here who had diagnosed the problem with a leaky drain pipe. He said that the problem developed from the pipe being installed incorrectly (not by Comfort Plus) so he repaired the pitch on the pipe, replace the elbow to fix the leak, then tested and cleaned my system along with changing my filter. The unit is working great now, and I very much appreciate the quick response on a Saturday. The price for all of these services was also very reasonable.

    I've used this company several times knowing that I needed to replace my furnace and AC,. The last time I called them I was calling to have everything replaced. They were the only company that came out to give me a quote that day and replace my AC 1 day later. I urge you to go with this company, they resound whisky quickly and explain what they are doing and giving you.

    Tim and Nick went above and beyond. Absolutely stellar customer service!

    In the middle of this crushing February winter, our heat went out on a late Friday night meaning we were going to be without heat all weekend if we didn't get service. Tim and Nick were already finishing their last job of the night and I'm sure they were exhausted from a long week and looking forward to relaxing at home. Instead of going straight home off their last job, they decided that they could make it to my place and check out my furnace. They arrived quickly and were friendly from the start. They didn't seem irritated whatsoever. They seemed genuinely happy to be helping. They worked for a few minutes and showed me some parts needed to be replaced, but unfortunately he didn't have one of the parts on his truck and would have to return the next morning. Not only that, but he wasn't certain that replacing these parts would get me heat again. Tim informed me a couple of times that it was going to be brutally cold this night going down to the negatives and asked me several times if we were going to be fine without heat. I assured him we had space heaters, heating pads, and tons of blankets. We can make it. Both Tim and Nick wished us a good night and left.

    Maybe 30 minutes later, I get a call from Tim saying he found one of the parts at the shop and could return the same night, and within 30 minutes, actually. Sure enough, 30 minutes later, he shows up, still friendly. He works quietly for a few minutes and our heat kicks in! I sincerely thanked him for his service and staying out so late. We wished each other well and he went home.

    They could have easily said that it was too late and that they wouldn't be able to help and I would have completely understood. After all, according to the website they had technically been closed for a while. Not only did Tim and Nick go out of their way on this Friday night to help us stay warm all weekend once, but TWICE! After they had left the first time, I figured that was already more than they needed to do and was certainly not expecting a phone call back the same night and on top of that having it fixed before I went to sleep!

    Thank you so much! I've never in my life had better service from a company like it. I am stunned by their commitment to making their customers happy!

    Sold me an offbrand AC unit that they “highly recommend.” 14 months later the unit blew a fuse because of an accumulation of cottonwood fibers on the fins, according to the maintenance technician. Comfort Plus charged me $168 to replace the fuse! Told me it’s not covered under 2-year warranty because it was due to lack of maintenance. Instead I would contend that you gouged me on a fuse that blew because you sold me a POS unit. My prior unit lasted almost 40 years and never blew a fuse under the exact same conditions. I hope that $168 was worth losing a customer.

    Chris gave me a furnance and A/C quote in February. I wasn't ready but two weeks ago, my air conditioning died. He installed my furnance and air conditioning, last Friday. He charged me, the same price he quoted in February. Didn't jack up the price of the A/C because of the extreme heat. The crew installed my new furnance and A/C. Cleaned up . I highly recommend them.
