Chris and his team take customer service to a whole new level. I got home this evening to a house that was over 80 degrees just after 8:00 PM and after trying to see if I could fix the AC on my own, I called comfort Plus at 8:40 and while I was just hoping to have someone call me tomorrow, I got a call back from Chris and he asked if I would mind if he came over tonight? Without hesitation, I said absolutely and within a short period of time he was here and able to replace the blown part to get us back up and running. I’m quite sure he had something better to do on a Friday night and we are beyond appreciative of the willingness to help make sure we were taken care of so quickly. Couldn’t ask for more!
My furnace broke on new years eve. Another company I contacted didn't have the part to fix it until a couple days later so I called Comfort Plus and left them a message new years eve night, and Chris got back to me very shortly after. He had the part and came to my house and fixed it early on new years day which was awesome and very much appreciated since it was like 5 degrees outside! He was very friendly and professional. He fixed it in a fairly short time and gave me the rundown of it. Definitely would recommend them!
Chris was very very patient, pleasant and professional in answering all my questions. His team of installers were courteous, professional and efficient. My rebates and registration were all handled by comfort plus immediately. My experience was excellent with this company and I would highly recommend them.

Sorry to say, I was not satisfied with their service. They came out to do a health check on my mom's A/C, gave it a good rating. They told her the unit is getting old and she should replace it. She went to use it and it didn't work. Called another company to fix it, she was uncomfortable using them again, and they said the unit has no freon. The new company said the cap on the valve was loose and the freon leaked out. They filled it and it works great. Called Comfort Plus for a refund on the health check and they refused. Hid behind the 30-day warranty on their work if she would have called them instead. ***Good customer service is not always just doing what the agreement says.
Had Comfort Plus come out to install a fireplace blower unit, Tim & Nick came promptly at the appointment time and did the install that was a bit more difficult than originally anticipated. My unit has a same model # as more recent fireplaces, but it's an older unit. They had to remove the log and gas line to install the unit. They put it in seamlessly and made sure the unit worked properly and cleaned up and the charge was very reasonable. Will use again for sure for Furnace and A/C check ups.
Had an old fuel oil furnace finally give out on me. Chris came in and gave me several options and once I decided he sent the guys out to start work. They replaced the fuel oil with a gas furnace and ran the gas line throughout the house. After the gas was connected they came back that day and got the furnace started and adjusted. They did a very professional job and I couldn't be happier.
I had Comfort Plus out today to provide me with a tune up for the furnace and A/C unit. Nick was my service tech and was very professional. As always job well done, always on time and polite. Call them today to get your furnace tuned up for the spring and summer.
Our AC was not working when we woke up this morning. I called Comfort Plus and they said they would get here this afternoon. Their tech showed up (with a mask due to Covid 19 and shoe covers) came in, evaluated the system, quickly told us what was wrong, and made the repair. There was a wire that had arc’d and tripped the system (I think I got that right). Thankful to have the AC running again! Thank you Chris from Comfort Plus. This is the third time you’ve quickly made a repair to our Furnace or AC. We regularly recommend you to others!
