I had AAC out 2 weeks after I had some other company clean my vents because my filter was still pretty dirty. They showed me a view of the return vents and they were never done. AAC cleaned them out and its been about a month and my filter is still clean. They showed me how they did the job and explained everything. Were very fair on the price as they knew I just paid for this. They cleaned up and left me with lasting results.

I used them for a duct cleaning. They were friendly and professional, and their prices were quite reasonable. I will use them for any HVAC issues I have going forward.

I wish I could give this place a zero star rating! The guy came to look at my air conditioning and said I needed a new valve. He sent me to get my garden hose so he could rinse off my air conditioner and then he intentionally broke parts on my unit! Nothing was broken prior to him coming out! This place is a disgrace! Avoid it at all costs.

My husband, Jeff Nugent and myself (Aaron Nugent) are the owners of the residence. Your records should show the name Jeff Nugent as he is the one who made the appointment. My husband has attempted to contact the office 6 times and each time we are told that the repair person will contact us and we never receive a call. American air comfort is the correct company and I have the receipt.

I hired them a couple of days ago. Came on the same day got the job done! Were very Knowledgeable and Professional. Would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family!

These guys are amazing people....they came out gave me a fair quote and even when they were jammed packed with work they made time to come out and Fixing my A/C arrow was his name amazing work definitely a customer for life

Only gave 1 star because I couldn’t give 0. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE, RUDE WORKERS. You come into a condo complex at 6:50am and begin air duct work which sounds like a lawn mower sitting out side OTHERS WHO LIVE HERE windows. Your company ignored the multiple calls from other residents who were woken up by your company. A lot of elderly and children in these condos. So thank you for starting your very necessary work at 6:50am. Get a schedule that won’t piss people off and learn some customer service, because of that I will tell everyone about this company and how much they DONT care about people. Just because I’m not a paying customer doesn’t mean you can come outside someone else’s windows and wake up a whole complex. I’d adjust your working hours if I were you.

Would never use or recommend this company . Gave me a price and then told me it was going to be $200 Morgan what they quoted. He Said they couldn't give prices over the phone which I know is a lie. Every company I called gave me prices . Then he said it would be more because I never had them cleaned before. Then my friend said they did the same thing to her boyfriend. Quoted him $100 then told him it was going to be $300.

On time. Answered all my questions. Cleaned my ducks and vents. They also cleaned my dryer vent and furnace for free. Nice men. Highly recommend.
