John showed up on time. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He repaired the heater and it has worked perfectly ever since. I have always had good luck with Rawlings. Highly recommended.

Over the past few years Rawlings has replaced my hot water heater and furnace, and also cleaned out my dryer vent. Every time they have done a fantastic job and have been incredibly professional. they have done our maintenance for years and are always out immediately for a problem. We needed a completely new HVAC system that was installed today. They were on time and completed work in one day. They were neat, wore masks and when done explained how to operate and maintain the new system. polite and very professional. Rawlings installed my wood stove pipe that someone else had botched the job on. Rawlings did an excellent job. The tech was polite, well mannered, very professional and dressed very well. I like Rawlings because they are a local company and know what they are doing. They called shortly before they arrived on the day of install and also called the day before to confirm our appointment. All the staff I interacted with was knowledgeable and polite. If the person I was speaking with couldn't answer a question, they directed me to someone who could. Excellent local business that's competitively priced!!

We have them install a new furnace in our home last December. Our old one was still working but we just thought it was time (20+years ) we didn't want to get caught with our britches down and have the furnace go out in the middle of the Winter.

The owner came out himself and was very polite and professional. We've had dealings with their technicians in the past along with technicians from other HVAC companies and we just thought based upon our perception that their body language was more honest at Rawlings. Not to say the others were dishonest, but our gut feeling said Rawlings "more" genuine.

Their install of our new furnace affirmed our feelings all along.... they were the correct company to pick.

We will most likely have them install our central air unit when it comes up for replacement in the near future.
