The tech came out , checked our system,we discussed what was wrong with our geothermal unit and what repairs may cost verses new: the company was prompt at sending out the proposal for a new system, charged me 75.00$ for the service call.

We were in need of a furnace and central air replacement.I invited five different hvac companies to meet with me and show me their products.I also did extensive reviews on the work history of each of the companies! My wife and I chose Rawlings Heating and cooling. They had a very good work record ,competitive pricing.I even had opportunity to meet the owner-He came out to my house,helped me in selecting the right furnace and air for my house.Mr Rawlings was kind and a gentleman! The technitions did a very good job.This was truly a business experience that was exceptional-the way you wish all your business dealings would go!

John Rawlings and I have been mutual business people in Bedford for many years. My personal policy has always been that I would never lend my name to endorse another company that I didn't personally feel good about. Recently Cheri and I found ourselves without any furnace heat for our home involving 2 furnace units that were aged beyond reasonable repair. John was very prompt in evaluating the situation and presented a conservative along with a more long term solution. We chose the long term solution without any pressure from John.
When it came to the actual installation of our 2 new furnaces the Rawlings's people were 5 star in their quality of work and personal concern for their service. We not only now have our home comfortable but also the security of the Rawling staff's commitment to our future.
