Highly recommend! I called them and they came out the same day they have done that twice for me! No BS on selling you things you don’t need. If you need service or in the market for a new unit I would suggest calling them for a free estimate. Richard was my service technician and I highly recommend him and I have already recommended them to my family and friends! Cool dude

In 2015 I had several quotes from various Washtenaw, Monroe, and Lenawee Contractors for $15,000- $40,000. Brads son( I think it was his son) came out and quoted my house. After Brad came back from vacation he called me and gave me an offer I couldn't refuse. He installed a Trane 95% furnace, all new duct work, an A/C coil, a gas line, a digital thermostat and a gas AO Smith gas water heater ,for a fraction of the cost of other companies quoted. I had him come out and install the A/C compressor a several years later. He gave me a great price on that too. Brad did a professional install, he listened to all of my concerns about my vinyl siding and he followed up with me to make sure everything was solid both times, even during the pandemic. Thank you Brad for taking good care of my family!

Brad diagnosed my furnace with a bad heat exchanger. Gave me a price on a new furnace $3800-$4200 because he thought it wasn’t worth replacing the heat exchanger. I decided to get a second opinion and it Turned out to be a birds nest in my air intake pipe. I was able to clear that out myself. I am Very thankful for the correct diagnosis from the second business. I was almost out $4000. Granted people make honest mistakes but it was a big one and could have been costly . I would never recommend Brad Garner for HVAC repairs. I had Him out before and he was rude, and unprofessional.

I placed a call into Garner Heating and Cooling about my air conditioner leaking and they came out within 5 minutes of me calling them. I was so shocked and thankful! He thoroughly explained everything that was going on with my unit and explained all my options and how they could help. The gentleman that came out was extremely nice and understanding. He was not pushy in any way, he just walked me through every option available to me. It was fixed very quickly and their amazing customer service has earned them a customer for life! I have told everyone about them! Thank you!

We've used Garner Heating & AC for years, and have been very well served by them. They installed our current heat pump system, which replaced our original builder system and which has saved us about $100.00 a month in electric charges year-round. on 2/27, I called Garner to renew our annual maintenance plan, and they were able to come out later that morning for our first inspection and maintenance visit. I mentioned that the system hadn't been cooling normally, and on checking, they found we had lost refrigerant due to a leak in the coils.
We discussed repair options and decided to bite the bullet and upgrade the AC. Parts were ordered and two days later, Zach & Ethan arrived to do the repairs. As our system is in the attic area and difficult to get to, what should have been a two-hour job stretched to 6-7 hours. They even replaced the condensation drain piping to prevent any problems in the future. In the end, we had our glorious cold air back! Throughout the work, they were careful to cover all traffic areas on our carpet to prevent soiling, cleaned up afterwards, and kept us informed as work progressed. The cost of repairs after discounts was just about one-third of the normal charges.
We have complete confidence in Doug and Karen and their team to accurately diagnose any problem, do excellent work and charge a very fair price for repairs. We highly recommend them to anyone.

Our home warranty assigned our furnace issue to Garner Heating and Cooling and I'm so glad they did! They made a same day appointment to come out and look at our furnace and showed up on time. The guy that was sent to look at the furnace was very knowledgeable, patient while I asked questions and took the time to call us back after he got approval from our warranty company to order the parts to give us a time frame on when they will be in. Overall, I was very happy with the company and would recommend using them!!

Very happy with this company on professional and Installation on my furnace, hot water heater and now my AC unit. Didn't try to sell me more than what was needed.
