Garner Heating & Cooling

Garner heating helped us during the winter when our furnace completely died. They inspected it that day, and since it was a Fri, they installed the furnace on Mon. Everyone involved was very nice. I would recommend them!

We called to have someone come out to look at our furnace leaking. Were told someone would be out to look at it the next day and were given a two hour window to expect them. That time came and went and we never received even a follow up call. Days later we ended up calling another company who came out and fixed the problem promptly.

Got a fair bid on a new system. Don really listened to my specific needs. Another local HVAC company bid out the same system for $2200 more and I had the distinct sense it was because I am a middle-aged single woman. The crew arrived early and finished in a timely manner. I received a good review of new system's features. The crew left the job site cleaner than they found it.

I had one the employees come over a week and 1/2 ago and tell me the inducer motor on my furnace was seized up because of a bird over the summer. Didn't hear anything until I called yesterday(friday). The owner came out at 9 at night to figure it out but couldn't cut into anything because I had sleeping children. He came back tonight and ripped into it and in about an hour cleaned the inducer motor and the furnace was good as new. Only got charged for tonight. For this I give him 5 stars.

Michigan is going into a deep freeze with actual temperatures today at 12 and a low of -12 , tomorrow's high of -7.☃️
This morning we woke up to a cold house with no heat.
They were here within a few hours to get our furnace going.

Quality installation and quality repair several years after the install. Simple no nonsense explanation of the work to be done and the cost options. On time good communication and personnel are informed qualified and responsible. This is my go to ac/heating service in the region

Everything I called Brad friday am. He was there shortly after. Checked furnace told me we needed a new one. The next am at 9 he was there and installed a new one. I recommend Brad garner 4 any heating issues

The person who came to my home for potential work was ill-mannered, condescending and rude! Along with the attitude, he brought along all the dirt on his shoes, leaving it behind on my newly carpeted basement! (no shoe covers worn in someone's home after obviously working outside..?..) Incredible! Guaranteed I will never contact this company nor will I recommend them to anyone I know!
