    I will be recommending this company to my associates! The supervisor was professional, knowledgable and honest. The team that installed my new, high-efficiency, furnace did a good job. They were very courteous and respectful men who knew how to build trust with a new customer. There were a couple of minor things left undone (but corrected immediately). They gave me a fair price, expected length of time for completion was exactly what I was informed it would be and their work, I believe, will pass Canton's City inspection. Thanks Garner Heating & Cooling!

    Furnace needed new blower motor. They were out within 2 days with a new one. Had it installed in a timely manner and got my central AC working again. And it was 50% cheaper and at least 5 days faster than what others quoted me. I would highly recommend using this company.

    My servlce was fine at first with this company. However my complaint is with the unit that was installed. It's an America Standard furnace that is so loud (as in turn up the tv to hear it, wake me up at night loud, blows towels off the towel racks) I caught Greg leaving in my driveway and asked him what's up with that? I was told to enclose and insulate the unit which is already enclosed in my basement. Was told there is a muffler that can possibly be put on to help and a year later nothing after many phone calls. Definitely energy efficient as I keep my heat down to avoid the noise. It didn't occur to me to ask how loud the unit was when purchasing. Big, expensive mistake.

    Supposed to get quote on replacement part after service, never happened. Ask tech about water flowing on floor, tech said he would fix, still have same issue. Called and left voice message, no return call.

    I would never use or recommend Garner Heating and Cooling Tecumseh Michigan. 0 for customer service, 0 for efficiently, 0 for knowledge of product.
    This is my experience with Brad Garner
    1. Wanted a new electric unit put in but Brad Garner said to replace it with a new gas unit, AC and clean the duck work. Brad Garner came out quickly and was very friendly, polite, and acted very knowledgeable. He told us that the air quality would be better for my asthma. Since he installed the new unit & cleaned the vents I have to change the filters on my CPAP breathing machine every week.
    2. They never turned in the rebate forms for my $1,000 rebate and I called and called
    3. AC unit didn’t work when spring came around. When they had installed the new unit they forgot to hook the AC up
    4. Called Tuesday October 6th because the touch screen thermostat was not working. I was told someone would be out that day. Nobody came or called. Called the next day, Wednesday and was told again someone would be out and again no one should up. The owner Brad call about 8pm and was very rude, condescending, disrespectful to me as a women and kept questioning me on paper work and told me to go to the basement and look for the paperwork that was not there.
    5. Called Thursday repeatedly and when Brad showed up was a arrogant, spoke very rudely and condescending. He spent an hour at my house and most of that time he was answering phone calls. When he took time to verify that yes my thermostat was broken he said “I’ve ordered a new one it might be here today, tomorrow or Monday. I said that me and my daughter had been without heat and we are just to go without heat he said yes. That he will put in the new thermostat in whenever it comes in.
    6. Monday no thermostat, no heat, no call from Garner, and I again have called with the same answer “Your on the list”.
    7. New thermostat and within a couple of weeks 3 red warnings and 1 yellow. Have been calling since last week of October asking for someone to come out. Brad Garner answered the answered the phone the second week in December. Again was very rude, disrespectful, and irritated that I was bothering him. Gave him the warning numbers and he told me he would get back. Have never heard from him.
    I would NEVER use this company again or recommend them to anyone! Brad Garner was very disrespectful to me as a women and talked to me as if it was the 1940’s

    January 4th we found out we payed for a 2019 AC outside unit and got a 2013 unit instead. That’s why they never would turn in our $1,000 rebate

    Called multiple vendors in the area for a quote on a new furnace. Brad was the only one to come out the same day. Called at 2pm, Brad was out by 7pm. He explained all the options I had, including rebates from Consumers that were available and by lunchtime the following day he had sent 3 different quotes, complete with detailed information about each and the TOTAL cost. I emailed Brad on a Saturday morning with a couple questions and he CALLED me on Saturday morning with the answers. Installation went great and our home has never been warmer. GREAT SERVICE!

    Our experience with Garner Heating and Cooling was absolutely amazing! I called in a bit of a panic because our A/C unit stopped working on one of the hottest days (of course), they were able to get us right in for an estimate/service. Brad arrived on time, was very kind, answered all of our questions even some random questions as we do not know much in the heating and cooling field. He was helpful, easy to talk to and very thorough. He showed us exactly what his findings were when our A/C unit stopped working. Shared some standard up keep information with us to help keep our unit in working order until we are ready to get a new one. He was even great about taking his shoes off every time while walking through the house. We felt that the prices were very fair! We will most definitely be contacting Garner Heating and Cooling for any of our future needs!

    We've been using Garner Heating and Air for over 15 years. They are very responsive and professional. They just installed a much needed new unit and they found one that met my needs, timeline and my budget. Let's face it, no one wants to buy a new AC.     Garner installed two top-of-the-line Carrier A/C systems for our 3,000 square foot Wimberley home in February, 2018. We received bids from four A/C companies, and chose Garner because they appeared to be the most professional with the happiest customer base. We have been very pleased with the performance and quietness of the Carrier air conditioners and Garner's service. We noticed how subtle our new Carriers were when cooling or heating the house...as opposed to our old A/C system that would create extreme hot or cold between cycles. During our hot 100 degree days like today, we leave the thermostat set on 77 or 78 24/7 and feel comfortable throughout the house. Garner maintains our system on a regular basis (it's always the same employees because they have very little turnover) and leaves us with a written report every time. We have had our new Carriers for one winter and two Texas summers, and would highly recommend both Carrier and Garner to any other Texan searching for quality air conditioning products and services.
