Great company! Had an after hours emergency call for my furnace. Denise helped coordinate everything on the phone and also assisted with some preliminary questions and troubleshooting. Khalil was awesome and tried to help me over the phone. His efforts reached way beyond my expectations. A service call ultimately was needed and Frank was at my home within an hour. A part was replaced and I quickly had heat again. All this took place very late at night. Everyone was professional, friendly, did a great job, and I believe their price was fair. I was very pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend this company.

Had a technician come out to diagnose an issue with our A/C system. He barely spent 15 minutes assessing everything and said our entire outdoor unit needed to be replaced. Thankfully I didn't bite and got a second opinion - turns out the A/C unit wasn't attached to any power. I saved so much money by looking elsewhere. I suggest you do the same.

Furnace repair within 24hr. Great service!

Well....the receptionist didn't sound professional at all. I was calling to make a appointment for a new furnace. Before I could finish my sentence she was rudely interrupting! I just hung up the phone. Their lost. If I get treated this way over the phone, I could imagine what service would be like. Just my thoughts...

Hired them to do a "clean and check" on my furnace, the technician broke the furnace completely, the owner, Jim Assad, is denying his employee did anything and that the furnace was not working before he got here, even though I have his employee on recording saying it did. After he broke it I called and complained and they had the same idiot come out and check it again. He decided to mess with the wiring and ended up telling me the "spark box" was fried (wonder how that happened) and that I would need to pay him $150 for a new one. After I agreed to just have the thing done he came back the next day, told me it was something else, and took both my spark box and my transformer from my furnace and rushed out so fast he forgot his binder behind. I'm out thousands of dollars because of these people. Did not want to go through court because i thought they were a reputable company before this whole incident happened but I guess with my evidence I would not have much trouble getting my money back and then some for the 2 months I've been getting the run around from these imbeciles. Do not hire these morons if you do not want the same to happen to you.

Had a furnace that was replaced by the Department of Human service about a year and a half ago now it is not working and they want to charge me a service charge of $142.00 for something that is supposed to last. I removed the cover and found an old rusted part behind the fan, when everything else looks brand new. I believe they gave me a used part to begin with the owner's name is Michael who's I can't seem to speak with considered the receiptionist was no help at all.

This is a horrible company. I paid them in excess of $100k to handle the HVAC in one of my restaurants and they did a very bad job. Always too hot, not enough ventilation. For years I have pestered them to remedy the problem but they refuse. Do not use them!

Very professional and through work

We called Friday and set up an appointment for Monday morning. They never showed or called. When I contacted them an hour after the appointment time, they informed me they'd contact the service guy & have him call. Almost 5 hrs later no call.

So in total I have called this company 5 times, left 3 voicemails with no response & spoke to the same guy 3 times who has taken my info, given me a time frame & no call no show TWICE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & INCONSIDERATE.
