Good luck getting through, person at the front desk doesn't really know what is going on, Was placed on hold one time and the 2nd time she didn't know her companies services provided. Not sure

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY DID NOT FINISH MY INSTALLATION FOR MY HUMIDIFIER WHEN i HAD CENTRAL AIR PUT IN BUT THEY GAVE ME THE IMPRESSION THAT THEY DID! AFTER CALLING SEVERAL TIMES I FINALLY SPOKE TO JIM AND WAS TOLD HE WOULD SEND SOMEONE OUT BUT THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! NOW THEY WON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONE AT ALL. I WENT UP TO THEIR LOCATION IN PERSON AND WAS TREATED VERY POORLY BY THE STAFF WITH STILL NO RESULTS! THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS FOR THE WAY THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!!

Very rude and claim to not do residential services when the entire website says otherwise. Find someone else to spend your money with!

Never showed up AND never called that they were not coming!!!! Waited up till midnight!!! Very unconsiderate!
