First time Customer. Very professional and well knowledgeable. Didn’t try upselling, technician was able to find the problem and repaired the parts that were not working. Had a furnace and wall heater repaired same day service. Recommend to anyone in need. Reasonable pricing compare to other company’s nearby.

Called them last week, had a great conversation with Kal about what the best tankless hot water heater option was for our family. Billy the installer came out this week as scheduled, quick, clean, professional installation and on budget (beat out the competition). Great experience, will definitely refer friends and family.

Our house was built in the late 1800s. We have really old radiators and a boiler system that not many people know how to service anymore. We are always hesitant to call around for HVAC service because we know that the person will always try to talk us into installing a brand new central heating and cooling system rather than admitting they don’t know how to service what we have. To say we were pleasantly surprised by Air King would be an understatement. Not only did they know exactly how to diagnose and fix the problem, they were super familiar with the system, gave us DIY advice on how to make it last longer, and told us that our boiler “isn’t as old as you think it is” and “they rarely make them like this anymore - this will last you a long time”. The fact that they didn’t try to sell me on anything, but worked with my existing set-up AND fixed the problem (a very dirty job of cleaning out the boiler among other things) made me trust these guys and put them in my permanent list of resources to call whenever I have an HVAC question. And when the day comes that I finally break down and install a cooling system, these are the guys who will do that job!

My heat went out about a week ago in the freezing cold. I called and Mary answered and promptly set an appointment to have someone come out right away. The tech she sent out (Sahir I believe was his name) was professional, knowledgeable and had me up and running in no time. Their service was affordable as well. I will deff be using Air King again in the future!
