My furnace went out. I called, described the issue and within a day, they were at my home. They had the part and installed it in a timely manner. Very nice and courteous from the initial phone call to the guys that installed

We called late in the afternoon because our a/c stopped working and the temps were expected in the 90's for the next several days. They sent Willy over within 10 minutes. He quickly identified the problem & made the repairs. I highly recommend the company - the receptionist was very friendly and helpful while Willy provided excellent customer service and was very thorough.

These guys are great! I called them with a water heater emergency situation (Major leak, flooded my basement, etc) and they had a new water heater installed within 2 hours. Fantastic service and the prices were very competitive!

They diagnosed the problem with my furnace and repaired it promptly with a reasonable cost. The technician came out a day early as my wife is disabled and we had no heat. I was would definitely recommend them.

I know it's October, but we realized this past weekend that the A/C was on the fritz. Called Keeth (who installed our HVAC in 2007) on Monday morning and they said Willy could be out that afternoon. Willy checked the system, diagnosed the problem, cleaned the outside unit for us, and replaced the faulty part. He also gave us some tips on maintenance and upkeep. Excellent service experience! The hot water tank at our 17 year old rental property needed to be replaced. I left voicemails fairly late at night for several HVAC companies around the Plymouth/Canton/Northville area, some of which never returned my call. The people at Keeth returned my call first thing the next day, had a crew at our rental by 9am, and by 10:45am I had a call from our tenant gushing about how nice the crew was. 'The water has NEVER been this hot!' To top it off, of all the companies that did return my call the quote from Keeth was the most reasonable. I couldn't have asked for better service.

No heat starting about 6PM Christmas eve. Called about 9AM Christmas morning. Spent time on the phone trying some quick fixes. No success. Service man out at 11:00 and quickly identified the problem. Thirty minutes later house is warming nicely. Kudos to Keeth Heating and Cooling.

Had some ductwork modified. Great company. Just the right size so they have still a grip on the quality of personnel, yet big enough to do the job in time. On top of that they did the job for half of what the other guys quoted. Thanks!

Our first experience with Keeth Heating & Cooling was in 1976. They were professional and caring then and they have continued to be the only heating and cooling company that we deal with to this day. I would not consider going anywhere else.
