Great Lakes Ace

A great, helpful, knowledgeable, fun, happy, team works there! We were greeted immediately with a happy person who knew exactly what we needed and explain things well. Several different employees in the store smiled said hi.
Just a really great shopping experience!

Very disappointed with the curbside pick up experience. It took 20 mins to “locate” my order. Apparently a mix up bc I gave my maiden name....even though I also had the order number 😐

No apology for the wait. 2 stars for competitive pricing....but next time I just might pay more, for customer service.

They have always been super helpful. They saved me today with a plumbing issue. My son's birthday party was soon to start and the water in the house was shut off. I got the right hot and cold valves. Got home just as the party was starting, made the quick replacement and was able to turn the water back on. Thanks to the whole team!

We always want easy or quick nowadays, but even the big box stores don't have everything or the "right" thing. I got the brushing I needed for our PVC work at Ace's that no other store had. I appreciate it.

I rarely leave reviews, and almost never leave reviews for stores I've only been to once. But I was so pleasantly surprised I had to say something.

I came in for a key. Immediately I was greeted, offered help, and within minutes was on my way. The guy seemed genuinely happy to help, with an actual smile and pleasant demeanor. From walking in, to walking out, 5 people offered a friendly hello and help. Thats super rare.

Thanks to this staff for a great grill! I special ordered a grill and I needed it delivered by a certain day. I know their whole team worked together to help get that grill delivered. Even as the electricity to the house was knocked out, we were still able to host the visiting Alaskan hockey team and they loved the grilled pork loin! Would not have been possible without the grill you guys got delivered. Thanks!!

Very friendly and helped us find what we needed

This place never disappoints. They are always super helpful and kind. Especially when it comes to pairing projects. A special thank you to Brian who went out of his way to make sure I had what I needed for my DIY project!

This is not a big box stores. When you speak with someone about products or services you actually get answers that are meaning full. Bought a grill and within five minutes we able to figure out which did what I wanted. Additionally, when asked if ACE gave a veterans discount they did, no problem! I like this kind of service is hard to deny, I will be back.

Completely stock hardware store, I love this place. Mary is the best at the front counter, say hi when you're in there :-) I'd size plumbing fittings, metric Hardware, Craftsman tools to boot, Stanley chisels... I can't find those anywhere if they have them. It's my go-to hardware store, I work for a large company.
