My A/C failed Friday and they were able to schedule someone to come fix it Monday (they are closed on the weekend). William showed up early, diagnosed and fixed a failed capacitor very rapidly. Highly Recommended :)

The girl that answers the phond is DELIGHTFUL, so warm and caring and professional. They offer FREE estimates and the guy who came about my hot water heater was great too. Unfortunately they were the highest quote I got so I chose another, but they were great to work with.

Lake Orion PHC was great!! They scheduled the requested furnace clean/check up appointment based on a time convenient for me. The tech (Ken S.) was on-time, polite, friendly, efficient and informative. He gave me tips on how to keep my furnace running efficiently and little things I could do to trouble shoot, should I incur any issues. He was able to use my credit card, for his service, with his hand-held device and I had an invoice e-mailed to me before he left my driveway. I highly recommend the folks at LOPHC for any of the service they provide. (I've used them in the past to service my gas fireplace, and they provided the same type of great service for that, too!)

Great service. Howard came out in the middle of the night and fixed my drain emergency. Punctual (even on a snowy night), efficient, professional, and courteous. Price was exactly what was quoted, and was worth it. Dealt with this company before and they saved me a bundle on my furnace by looking for and finding a simple fix. Highly recommended.
