LOPHC responded. quickly to install a hot water baseboard section to my existing system.Dave was on time, professional, and did a great job start to finish.This was all done during the 2022 peak fall heating season.However I do feel pricing was a bit high.

My first experience with Lake Orion Plumbing Heating and Cooling was with Dean Thede who is one of their appliance service technicians Dean was nothing but exceptional in regards to his ethics and integrity. After using LOPHC for my appliances, I started using them for my HVAC needs as well. Their knowledge, skill, ethics and value was equally as good. I highly recommend LOPHC for all their suite of services! It feels good not to have to be skeptical or worried about being taken advantage of.

We had Lake Orion replace the original AC and Furnace in out 30 year old home. Dave Jablonski came to our home, performed an evaluation of our current system that took about 45 minutes, and presented us with a variety of options. He was very thorough in his explanation, and listened to what I wanted. He made a recommendation based on his experience and taking my wishes into consideration.

Dave was careful to explain what parts of our aging system were no longer within code. He explained how they would resolve those issues.

After listening to two other contractors, Lake Orion was not the cheapest nor the most expensive. However I was most confident in their approach, and we scheduled an installation date.

The installers arrived promptly in the morning, removed the old AC and Furnace and installed the new appliances. Part of the installation required custom sheet metal work (Dave made me aware of this during the estimate). They measured for the new return, fabricated it and came back a few weeks later to complete the job.

Overall I'm extremely satisfied with Lake Orion's service and attention to detail. I look forward to continuing to work with them in the maintenance of our new system.

LOPH is our go-to for any heating / plumbing / repair issues. They are efficient, timely, affordable and honest. We've had them fix our dryer, along with many other home repairs over the years. We trust them and know that we are getting quality service.

Terrific, responsive, professional service. Matt very patiently listened to my description of what i thought was issue when he returned my emergency call Saturday evening. And then checked out system and identified and fixed a couple other issues i had noticed but didn't realize were not working properly. We have personally used LOPHC for a long time and after my dad passed, we convinced my mom to move back to Michigan. Her first few months back in Michigan and her water heater started leaking. She spoke with Pam, I believe, who immediately put my mother’s mind at ease and got a technician out quickly and they had a new water heater installed within the day. She also spoke with Stacy who was also “wonderful“, according to her and I know they worked beyond business hours but didn’t charge her an arm and a leg. From their office staff to their technicians, everyone treated my mother with respect and walked her through everything so she knew exactly what and why things were being done. Highly recommend this company to everyone.
