I have to say I am displeased with the plumbing work performed on my home. The main water line to my house was leaking which turned out to be a pretty big job resulting in tearing up my front yard and basement floor to replace the line. A few months went by and I noticed the basement concrete was not completely solidifying. The service team did come back out to remix/lay concrete. However there is still a pin hole in my floor where I am still experiencing a leak. This has just been an ongoing quality issue for a couple years now which unfortunately it looks like I’ll need to get my floor ripped up again to diagnose the source of the leak.

I had a leak (toilet seal) that was going through the ceiling into my first floor. It was not a big leak, but it took a while to find it. LOPHC was able to find it with minimal damage. They even suggested that I could save money by replacing the seal myself, but I told them that I wanted an expert to do it and was more than happy to have it done. LOPHC was recommended to me by my friend Roy and I highly recommend them. Fair pricing, and good service!
