I talked to three different people at three different times in the company within two days and each of them gave me a different quote and a different explanation. The first person I talked to even told me that my part was recalled and that since it was recalled it would cost only $80 for diagnosis and repair. The next person told me it would be $85 for diagnosis. The next person told me 95. Finally the last lady I talked to was extremely rude when I expressed my surprise at the differences in price quotes.
I scheduled an appointment for service with a dysfunctional furnace with the company despite my reservations around today for around noon tomorrow hoping the roommates were okay with not having heat for a day. We set an appointment and I was repairing to pay some ever increasing rate but surprise the company called back later that same day after hours to tell me that they cannot schedule an appointment at that time. So now it is impossible to schedule with anybody else for tomorrow until tomorrow.

This company will ask if you are vaccinated before they will come to your home and even though masks are no longer mandated for use indoors, this company requires you to wear them. $15,000.00 in new Furnace and Central Air will not be going to this place 🇺🇸

Rude, just straight rude. He walked n walked off said he had to make a call. And left..... I called the company the rude lady said I refused payment.... um he walked n walked should I have thrown the payment down the road?!. Worst experience

My heater went out right at the start of this winter, Doty got my heater fixed in time for this crazy November cold snap. Heat is goooooooooooood! Doty is gooood! hahaha
