Jim and his team are phenomenal! I’ve relied on Rise Up Services for a few months now since moving into our new home. Jim came highly recommend from my co-workers and made us a complete priority when our AC unit went out this summer. He got us booked, products delivered, and installed all within 4 days - in the midst of a supply chain shortage! His duct cleaning left our house completely refreshed and eliminated the old owners puppy smell.

Today he troubleshooted my furnace issue with me to ensure I didn’t over spend on an emergency house call. He made it easy to understand his instructions and helped me the whole way. He’s very respectful towards working schedules and ensures he’s not disturbing us while resting or teleworking. His staff is respectful, clean, and give great pets.

Thanks to Jim, I had a chilly summer and soon to be a toasty winter!

Jim was great! We are so happy with our vent cleaning service. He worked with our busy family schedule, worked on a Sunday, was extremely friendly to my children and our two dogs. Jim was very knowledgeable with are AC unit, furnace, dryer vent, water water, and so one. Definitely a great business and a great person to hire for such work.

Jim was very thorough and went above and beyond. He came out on a Sunday and was flexible to meet our schedule. He was also good with our 2 dogs. I’m glad he showed us the before and after pictures to show us his progress.

They were very unprofessional. He called to tell me he was on his way and unfortunately I am at work. I have left a close family member with the home and provided all information necessary to give us a quote. He canceled our estimate and when I asked when we could reschedule he said I don't know. He then proceed to say, you know what I'm going to take another service because as you should know it was 92 outside yesterday and hung up on me. He also spoke to me as if I was stupid when calling to schedule the quote. Do not recommend at all.

WOW. Rise Up exceeded my expectations, so I had to leave a review! They truly care about doing a thorough job and the customer service was over the top. I highly recommend for the value, expertise, and honestly — the genuine kindness you’ll receive during service.

I would recommend Jim to anybody and everybody in the Lansing area. He is beyond knowledgeable and so very kind. I’m a first time homeowner and he took the time to explain to me what he was checking for, the function of the furnace’s parts and how each work in relation to another. He showed me what to look for on my own and even how to read the codes the furnace’s LED indicates. 11/10 recommend Jim for your HVAC service needs!

I reached out to Rise Up in the morning and same day Jim was able to stop by to check on our furnace. Thankfully it was a quick easy fix but he was able to go through with me on all the variables that could cause a problem quickly & thoroughly. This was top notch service and would recommend to anyone who may need any HVAC services. I plan to continue to reach out to Rise Up for any future HVAC services!

Jim was amazingly professional. He came to my house same day to repair my broken thermostat. He explained all of the working parts to me, and showed me exactly what he was doing while he was doing it. He also checked out my AC and other areas to make sure what I had was good for what I needed. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Of course, at the end of winter, our old furnace had a failure on a Friday at 3pm. I called around and was told 3 to 5 days was minimal before someone could arrive. Then I remembered the neighbor who drives a truck that looks like an ectomobile and contacted Rise Up HVAC. Jim, the owner, was able to get us in the last minute. Was really professional, persistent, and worked until the problem was resolved. As a residential customer you hope never need a hvac guy, but if you do need one, Jim is the guy.

I highly recommend this company for service! I am very satisfied my the service I received. Price and the quality of work of work was worth it. I will be using this company for any furnace needs.
