Jim and Walt were very professional, knowledgeable, and customer service oriented. Jim is willing to educate you and make suggestions for your home without being pushy. It was so refreshing! Plus, you can’t beat the price! We will definitely be using Rise Up Heating and Cooling for any future need.

Jim and his crew are great! We had some minor repair/service work done previously, so when our unit failed completely we knew just who to call! Jim was able to get us on the schedule almost immediately, which was a blessing since we had no A/C and it was very hot!

The crew was clean and professional, and they all took the time to walk us through the work being done. They started in the afternoon and were done by the next day, even staying late to make sure that we didn't need to go another night without A/C.
Their prices aren't just competitive; they beat every other estimate we had. Jim even reminded us that we can qualify for some rebates from Consumers Energy for our new, more efficient system, and helped us with our insurance claim.

Overall, it was great to work with Jim and his company again, and we will definitely use him for all of our HVAC needs.

This company was used by the person I bought this house from. They were paid to fix the issues found by the inspector. But when I finally used the furnace for the first time recently all the same problems were there. I contacted them, never heard back from them. Never responded to my texts. Had to fix issues myself. I was very surprised by this because he was always helpful in the past when I had questions or issues with the things in the house that he had worked on.

Jim was awesome to work with. Not only was he on time and punctual he was very thorough. He installed a whole house humidifier, cleaned the ducts and inspected the furnace. After inspection he recommended a furnace and installation businesses to take care of some warranty parts work on the furnace. Rise up Heating and a cooling is fairly and competitively priced compared to other local HVAC businesses. It’s veteran run and owned as well. If you’re in need of a furnace tune up, duct or dryer vent cleaning, look no further than RISE UP!

Could not recommend a better service that Mr Bennett. Water heater and furnace needed care and he was so quick to respond and get me back up and running.

Not only did Rise Up help me when I was in need they helped my mother when her A/C went out over Labor Day weekend. Jim is the best. Called him one night for furnace repairs and he came out the next day for service. Because of that service, I also had him clean out the ducts, and then when it came time for a new furnace, I called him AGAIN. Prices were fair and he does great work. He even takes the time to show you the issues and talk to you about it. Just be forewarned.... He needs coffee and a chair! ;)

Jim is, as always, knowledgeable and professional! I called him about cleaning out dryer vents, and he was able to get me on the schedule quickly. He took care of everything for me quickly and efficiently, and my dryer is running like new again. Hired him for vent cleaning and installation of appliances in the past, and always very happy with his work. If Jim can't handle a particular job, he knows someone who can. Always in good hands with him!
