They were on time, professional and fixed my hot water heater quickly. It was covered under warranty and it was a smooth easy process! Very satisfied with their work!

It was such a reassurance to have had Tony and crew install my new Furnace and Air Conditioner. The knowledge of this team and the hard work was expediential. This was prevalent from the first call for service when speaking with Lena. Her patience was remarkable while working with my unfortunate luck and dismay; to the service call with Tony and his wealth of knowledge; to the complete installment of my new units from the crew. Schutz Heating and Cooling crew was a pleasure to have worked with and I would highly recommend their work!

Although I couldn't get in next day (it wasn't emergent) I was offered an appt two weeks out. Blake was early, communicated extremely clearly and let me know what was coming down the pike. DEFINITELY WILL USE AGAIN

Our air conditioner quit cooling on the hottest week of the year so far, after calling several local companies on Thursday afternoon to see if I could get something scheduled for the next day knowing my chances were slim with such short notice, I was told either they could come out at the end of the following week or they could come on Saturday between the hours of 9 to 5. Oh yeah, It would be extra for a Saturday appointment.

Since Saturday is my day off and I didn't want to wait at home in a HOT house for 8 hours not knowing when they would call to say they were on their way, I continued to call around until I found someone who could be flexible with my work schedule. Rebecca answered the phone at Schultz Heating & Cooling and was very professional, friendly and sympathetic with my situation, she said they would send someone out on Friday and would note that I needed a later appointment if possible. Rebecca was going to be off the next day and said that she would have Lena call me after 9:00 am to let me know a time frame that I could expect a technician.

After speaking with Lena, again another professional, friendly voice on the phone she said that she would have the technician call me. Within minutes I received that call from Tony, another professional, friendly person. I mentioned to Tony that I was at work and needed to schedule something later in the day. Tony said with no problem he could come between 2-5 pm, he also said he would call me when he was about an hour out from arriving at my home. This allowed me to work a full day and not have to sit around and wait for someone to show up.

Tony called like he said he would and I was able to leave work and meet him at the house. Upon Tony's arrival I could see I was dealing with another professional caring person. He explained everything that he was looking for and doing to find the solution to get my air conditioner working again. He fixed the problem very quickly, and the charges were very reasonable as well. By 5:00 pm my AC was back on and I knew I had to make sure that anyone else out their needing service should call Schultz Heating & Cooling.

My husband and I are small business owners and know the effect that great customer service carry's these days and the service from this company was outstanding from everyone I had come in contact with! We know that we have a very old unit that needs to be replaced, but I also know that Schultz will be the company we choose to do that when we are ready.

Great service. Knowing that the appointment was a couple of weeks out they provided us with a portable AC unit to get by until the appointment at no additional cost. Great team of installers.

WOW! This is truly a service oriented company. Hats off to Rebecca and the entire installation crew who went out of their way to make sure the job was done right. It is hard to find a company today who is old school and believes in getting the job done right for your application with no shortcuts, and still has competitive pricing. Thank you!

Had a new furnace and a/c unit installed, they called at 8:15 am said they were on the way, arrived 45 minutes later. Very professional, nice clean work. Were out the door at 4:00pm. 5 star service all the war around from start of process to end would highly recommend that if you are in need of a system give them a call.

Hands down the best in the business. My wife does not like service people in the home when I am not there and Anthony made her feel totally comfortable. I was worried my unit out side looked weathered. He actually went out and waxed it to a new finish. Do yourself a favor and do not call anyone else!

I recently retired from the Navy and moved here from California last October (I’m not crazy, my wife grew up here).

My home needed some updates and a new HVAC system was one of them. We chose Schutz Heating and Cooling for our update. Nothing but professionalism through the entire experience. I’d highly recommend them for all of your home or business comfort needs.

We were terrified of the minisplit system after seeing in person and on the internet so many awful results. Schutz, both Rebecca in sales and Tom, the foreman of our crew, promised over and over again that they weren't like other companies, that they would never do such a thing to anyone's home.
They didn't lie!! This crew went above and beyond to hide lines in the walls, in the attic, through the basement, wherever they could to make this system as invisible as possible both inside and outside.
The results are 100X better than we ever could have imagined. 7 heads went into this house with 2 compressors and.... we're stunned. You can't hear the system at all, you can barely see it.
They were courteous, knowledgeable, technically trained, careful, polite... when you spend 5 solid days with a bunch of strangers in your home you're supposed to feel MORE THAN READY for them to GO!
That's not what we felt at all! We felt a little sad, Completely Grateful, and hope that anyone reading this understands how hard we are to please and how surprised we are to be far more than pleased!
