Prior Review: The product we received is very high quality. The company did have to come back out because it had been wired wrong.

Edited 3 years later: We had a new furnace installed by another company due to financial reasons. Come to find out our A/C unit/heat pump that D&T installed was installed incorrectly and has not been running efficiently the last three years that we have had it. The pipe that was installed was jimmy rigged to fit the furnace instead of the proper piping being installed. It also was not charged to the right setting causing it to run inefficiently in the winter as well as in the summer. We called them to have it fixed and they said they installed it properly and there was nothing wrong with it. We had to have the company that installed our new furnace spend hours fixing their mistake because they refused to fix it. We also had an issue with a missing lid on the wire box. The owner says we lost it when in fact they never installed a cover on it. The last three years our electric bill has skyrocketed and now we know the real reason why. Not only has it cost us more monthly with our electric bill, it has also cost us money every time the other company has had to come out and fix their mistake. I hate having to put a negative review on a local company. But we are just so disappointed with the service we received and the rudeness we dealt with in the last couple of weeks. This company has handled this very unprofessionally and I would not recommend them. I have changed my rating from 4 stars to 1 star.
Edited to add pictures. This is costing us thousands to fix a unit that is only a couple years old. Also note the entire unit was installed crooked.

Dan is so nice and friendly and his pricing is affordable. He explained everything and answered any questions that I had. I initially called to have my furnace repaired, but due to the age of it, it was wiser to get a new one. While explaining the type of furnace I needed for my home, he even went the extra mile and pointed out that I didn't have a return in my basement. He explained that a return would help with cooling on the second floor and air circulation. Well, with the Indian summer we are having, I had to turn the AC on. The return has made a huge difference!! :D His installers were professional, courteous, and arrived on time. They even took time to allow my curious puppy to sniff them out when they arrived. Lol! Would definitely recommend D and T to everyone. :)

Incredible work and experience. Really was helpful providing space heaters and checking in until they were able to secure a new furnace. Called the morning after install to make sure everything was running smoothly.

I am absolutely 💯 happy with these guys, dependable, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Worked on finding me the best deal on a heat pump, one that was really good but affordable. Installed and ready to go in no time, I will be recommending them to everyone I know. Dan, Todd and Matt are wonderful guys, made sure I knew how to use my new system before they left. Can't thank them enough. 😊

HUGE thanks to the D&T team!!! They had my AC diagnosed and system replaced within a week. The team that came to install was professional, courteous, and did more than I expected. Not to mention his bid for the job was beyond reasonable. New system is EXTREMELY quiet, looks like absolute quality, and it’s so nice to have our ac back up and running. Thanks again guys! I would recommend these guys to anyone!

We have called D and T a few times and have been impressed by the honesty and work quality every time! In our experience, the technicians have treated our heating and cooling needs as if it were their own. This alone speaks volume about the owner and the expectations he holds his technicians to. The icing on the cake was the company’s acknowledgment and appreciation for our son being a Marine. 🇺🇸

We purchased a new furnace, heat pump, and air conditioning. We priced several other companies in the area and D&T had the lowest rate. The service has been remarkable even a year later. The guys were very professional and respectful. I didn't hear a single curse word. (I have young children and worry about foul mouths working in my home). Since the original installation, we recently had a small problem with the furnace but Dan and Jamie had us fixed up in no time. Highly recommend.

D and T Heating and Cooling were great, they were quick at getting out to the house, professional in their work, and fair with their pricing. I purchased a house built in 04 last year. I noticed certain rooms never got as much heat as the rest of the house and found out the duct work was never properly installed. It was in an extremely difficult spot to get to but thanks to D & T (Jamie and Matt) they were able to fix the problem and make it right. While they were working they showed me that the duct work was never even joined properly and were able in the small space that was available to them make it correct. I would highly recommend them for all Heating and Cooling needs. Pictures attached before and after. I noticed the difference in heat instantly.
