Macklin Heating and Cooling

Macklin heating and cooling is my new go to HVAC company. When we turned our AC on during a hot stretch of spring we were devastated to find that it was only blowing hot air out. I contacted them to see if they could get someone out to take a look for me and they had someone out the next day! Unfortunately our AC was original to the build of our house (1972) so we already had a feeling it was going to need to be replaced. Riley was great he talked to us about the pros and cons of different systems and never pushed to up sell us something we didn’t need. We opted to replace our whole HVAC system since the furnace was also original to the house. They were able to provide us with some financing options and and once we got that squared away they were out the next week to replace our system. Wayne and Riley were so professional and kind! They worked together and got the job done in a day. I can’t say enough good things about this company! From start to finish they were kind, prompt and knowledgeable about all things. If you need your HVAC systems worked on give them a call!

Prompt, professional, experienced crew.
I called when my heat went out, they came the same day to look at the problem.
I had heat in a few hours and a more permanent repair was done by the next day.
They explained everything along the way and never pressured me to buy things I didn't need (like other places I have dealt with).

I have used Machlin heating and cooling in the past when I had issues with my air conditioning they were very responsive, thankfully they were able to get me up and running the same day. Recently my Bryant furnace stop running almost a 30 year old unit. Temps were in the 20’s and I was in need of a new furnace. After going through all my options I decided to get a new furnace and air conditioning unit with Machlin heating and cooling they did a very good job of explaining, very clean, professional and in great detail what they would do, they had multiple options for financing. I highly recommend Machlin heating and cooling for maintenance repair or a new unit.

I have used Macklin for two of my business’s and 2 homes. They are so good at what they do I will not consider using another company. It’s down right on time and they took extra caution to ensure my prized items did not get drywall dust on them.
