Brett completed our annual inspection on our 2 year old Trane furnace. All to say that so far we are very happy with the performance of the unit. Brett seemed very knowledgeable and presented himself in a professional manner. My wife and I would highly recommend Schutz Heating and Cooling as everyone we have dealt with there have always been prompt, professional, and courteous.

They always do good work with true professionals. This time it was just regular maintenance on my AC but they have also fixed my furnace last winter when it died on a cold day. They care about there customers and treat you well.

Schutz is amazing. I cannot say how grateful i am to have found them. I am a single mom with a small child and i am very careful as to who i let come in my home. These guys are so professional, so nice and very respectful. They are genuine and have huge hearts. They have now helped me out twice when i have had no heat. The first time Tony came out, after hours, and left me 2 top of the line space heaters, out of the kindness of his heart, to get me thru til he could bring his crew back. They converted my furnace from propane to gas and installed my new water heater. He dropped the price so much for me and he was SO kind that i was in tears when he left. This time they came out and had to replace my thermostat and they cut the price in half for me and offered a payment plan. They are more than fair, they are great people and they do great work. I have never felt such kindness and compassion as i have with these guys. There arent very many people in the world like them anymore, i am SO grateful!

These folks are great! I bought a house last June turned on the AC and it didn’t work LOL. These folks came out on a Saturday got it fixed went through the rest of my HVAC system wrote me up a quote. Winter came in the furnace didn’t work LOL. So they came back put a new furnace in in the fall. And now they just finished here putting a new AC unit in for the spring. Super nice people!

Brett just finished our annual HVAC tune-up. He was extremely thorough checking all the components inside and outside. When he completed the check-up, he explained in detail everything he serviced. Very pleased with the experience.

My heat stopped working, I called Schutz Heating and they were able to be here within 2 hrs. Kadin was very polite. He had on a mask and gloves which put my mind at ease especially with what's going on in the world right now. The price was a little steep at $289.90 but my heat is repaired which I am very grateful for. He explained that the problem was my flame sensor which apparently needed to be cleaned. Thanks for the quick response time and the repair.

Tom was professional and courteous regarding the Trane central air product prior to my wife and I purchasing. They are contracted through Lowe's, so they reached out to us to schedule a visit prior to scheduling installation. When the two men, Tom D. And Matt H. came to install the product, they too were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Since then, the Trane product has, and still is, performing to necessary expectations. We are grateful for the service and experience, especially during these uncertain times.

I called with our air conditioning out during a heat wave. Most companies were two to three weeks out before someone could take a look. The Schultz tech was out the next day and had it fixed within an hour. Great experience.

Super fast and friendly from the scheduling and upfront costs . We had our thermostat go out in the middle of the night work up to a freeze if house . Contacted these guys walked me thru what I needed to do and sent a tech out to install our new thermostat in less then a hour from him arriving to leaving . Explained what was going on. Will use in the future.

I want to share my story with full intent that you will choose Schutz for your heating needs. My furnace was 20 years old; the duct work connecting furnace to chimney was not put together correctly; carbon monoxide had been leaking, unbeknownst to me. Tom, Jeremy and Matt worked diligently to disconnect the monstrosity that had been heating my home. Not only were they extremely friendly, they were respectful of my home, knowledgeable in their work, professional in their demeanor and the best team of employees working for Schutz.
