Anthony Lewis came out for a furnace problem. He was kind, honest and knowledgeable. He went on and above to get the needed part and quickly had my furnace back up and working in no time. Price was fair and he communicated prior and when he arrived. Great service!!

Went above and beyond for a first time mom who lost her AC. They did everything they could to make it work for us on a Sunday. I appreciate their time and the fix they did you try to help us get through to the week when parts can be ordered. I would recommend this company anytime.

Am writing to let you know how pleased I was with your personnel that installed my air conditioning system. Even though the heat was extreme they were diligent and continued work in order to complete the job on time. In addition they left my home neat and in excellent condition.

I thought my thermostat was beeping. Turned out it was a smoke detector that I didn't even know was there. Joddy was so kind and fixed the battery. I apologize many times. He was ever so nice ! He didn't make me feel like the ditsy person that I felt like. He was such a pleasure!

Do not call this company, expecting any kind of results. This is a sham, a rip-off, I am in the process of reversing the charges they charged my credit card because they did nothing. They will do nothing. These people are ripping you off, selling you some silly membership so that you don't have to pay service charges going forward. Meanwhile the technician they sent out trampled my Gardens around the air conditioner, says he diagnosed the problem, but can't fix the problem because he doesn't do the recharges. When they called me back they said it would be a week before somebody could get out to do the recharge. This is a scheme, not a business. Use them at your own

We had a minisplit installed for our extension room and had a great service experience from sales to installation. Perfect discussion and explanation before the job. Techs were efficient, accurate and kind during the installation. They went out of their way to help me solve an unrelated problem I had with our AC unit and helped arrange quick service for that too. I’ve not had a better experience with HVAC installation and service.

The work on our heating system was conducted exceptionally well by Wallace Heating and Cooling was great .The specialist arrived on time, was very personable, and answered all of my questions about our aging HVAC system. His pricing was also very fair. We've used them for our seasonal inspections for many years and have never had a bad experience with them. Top notch!!

The service technician is professional and knowledgeable. The air conditioning system was serviced and I was informed what steps that I needed to take to extend the life of my system.
