Had a whole house generator, service panel, meter and boxes installed. HUGE job. The crew consisted of Conner, Kevin, Patrick, Lance, Matt, Saun, and Corry. They were very professional and respectful. They made sure I got exactly what I wanted and was satisfied. The crew worked extremely well together. I could not be happier with the outcome. We have always been pleased with the service we've received from Family Heating, Cooling and Electrical and today wasn't any different. We appreciated the friendly service and quality work to repair the damage that was caused to our electrical service entry during February's ice storm.

Mike and Donovan were the installation techs for my furnace remove and replace, humidifier installation and new thermostat installation. They did a professional job including cleanup. They had to make some ductwork at their shop, but it all came together in the end.

I've been using family since 2013, they installed our furnace, AC, and updated power supply. I've always been impressed with their service, price, and great staff. John #484 fit us in on short notice this weekend for a heating repair, which I was beyond grateful due to having a special needs daughter with heart and lung issues.

Darren was here on time and very professional with his service call. Found the problem, replaced the part, and had us up and running in no time. I used Family to install my AC 20 years ago and have always had great experiences with them.

Had a tankless water heater installed. The gentlemen were punctual, professional and knowledgeable. They educated us on how to use it too. Family Heating, Cooling & electrical is our go to company.

These guys are so great. We received an estimate from them for a replacement furnace and new AC, and their prices were very competitive. Not just that, but Norm, who did the estimate, was awesome. Super friendly, patient, answered all our questions, took his time to size everything up and made sure we were comfortable with everything. Afterwards, we called to get clarification on a couple of things and their main office was super friendly, we felt like they actually cared. The ONLY reason we didn't go with them is because their financing options are limited - we chose a different company mainly because they used Michigan Saves program which allowed more flexible terms. Otherwise, we would have gone with them without question.

Have used this company for years and I've never been disappointed in any service provided. The two service reps that installed my ceiling fan and 2 lights exceeded even my expectations. They were professional, courteous, patient in responding to all my questions and did a wonjob with clean-up. Family is my go-to company.
