Kyle has been to our office several times now and every time he is so outgoing and friendly. He thoroughly explains his diagnosis of the situation and readily supplies a quote for repairs. Aaron removed our old water heater and installed a new one and also identified and scheduled an electrician to bring up to code the electrical source. We had major plumbing/sewer issues from when our home was built improperly in 1996, (in addition to a municipal sewer back flow into our finished lower level). It was all very distressing and difficult to determine the best course of action to correct the problem (the sewer line leaving our home was going uphill 9-12 inches). Kyle arrived, a licensed plumber, with 18 years of experience and a clear plan to fix the problem. He swooped in and took care of EVERYTHING, while also being kind and courteous! The price quoted was less than others and everything was done with great care and attention to detail. I highly recommend them. Kyle was fantastic to work with (even handling my tears well)!

I recently had Ryan and Tanner upgrade the lights in my basement to LED. When I initially called them to diagnose the issue with the lights in my basement, they quickly and correctly identified the issue and got me on the schedule the next week to resolve it. When it came time to do the work they were just as quick and efficient in doing so. It was an easy and straightforward process and I was very impressed by their professionalism. The Meridian Company repaired our water heater and installed a new water purification and softener system and water tank for our well water.

They were able to take care of the heater problem in a very timely manner so we didn't have to go without hot water. We also didn't have to wait very long for the other installations to be completed. The service reps who performed the work were very friendly, pleasant, and professional. They answered all our questions thoroughly and left us with confidence that any future problems will be handled the same way. We will definitely use their services in the future!
