The person that came out isn't professional with disabled customers, and made hostile remarks about the fact he was requested to wear an N95 mask because the residents here are immunocompromised and on immunosuppressant medication and can't be exposed to contagions.
I feel that because he was upset about this, he wasn't really wanting to work with us on the leaky garbage disposal issue. We had to show him a timestamped video we took of the problem for him to address it. Someone else will be replacing the garbage disposal for us.
We had no judgements, we just respectfully requested anyone coming into our home to be mindful of the people who have to live here, and wear a mask. We even have masks on hand if people don't have their own
They came and replaced a commercial Hot Water tank the same day it burst - all other contractors couldn't complete the job for at least 5 days and over a weekend leaving all the residents of a 12 unit apartment building without hot water. But they did! Prompt, professional, and extremely competitive pricing - especially considering it was of such urgency. Even followed through with the local inspectors to have inspected and permit approved in days.
Would not reccomend these guys if they were the last plumbers on earth. First, one of their service people, Gavin, came to my house on Monday, 8/22 & lied about his reasoning for asking for my landlord's number. He said it was so he could call & let him know the job needed a professional, when in fact he called to LIE and told my landlord my house was a "mess" & I had "several" dogs, of which he never even laid eyes on a single dog to make that statement. There was no dog roaming in the house for him to see or have contact with. There was some ripped up paper on the floor that'd I'd been unable to get to due to having major surgery just days before, on top of some slight disorganization on my counters due to being sick for months, thus the surgery and also due to my sink/garbage disposal being broken. I advised Gavin of the torn bits of paper and slight disorganization, but that I'd just had surgery and the house itself was clean. Literally, once the paper was swept and counters reorganized, the place looked brand new, yet their guy told my landlord major exaggerations and lies, which almost resulted in my eviction. I texted Gavin to ask why he would do something so malicious and completely false, to which he never responded. I contacted the owner, Tim, to address this issue and he stated that he would, but would also be sending another plumber out the next day Tuesday, 8/23. I was unable to have anyone the following day due to sickness from the surgery, but they said someone was coming the next day, Wednesday, 8/24, when I called first thing in the morning to find out. I waited all day with no word from anyone about coming. Come Thursday, 8/25, I contact my landlord around 3 pm to let him know I still had not heard anything from the plumbers, to which I'm told Tim decided to back out from the job, completely, telling my landlord this days after he agreed to do it. Absolutely unprofessional, not trustworthy and a complete joke when it comes to integrity. Save yourself the trouble and call someone else! Note: As of 8/25, I received a message on Facebook from and Erica Gunthorpe threatening to call the police on me for harassment and "slapping" me with a lawsuit for posting this review. When Gavin called and lied to my landlord, I'd already contacted an attorney, as what he did was considered slander and would be responsible for the negative outcomes since I can prove he was wrong. A review forum is the place to write YOUR EXPERIENCES with a company, so apparently Ms. Gunthorpe feels it's ok to threaten people for voicing their opinion, which is why this section is here.
