Kirk arrived on time, thoroughly cleaned my burners, tested their efficiency, examined my site glass and filler valve before putting everything back together. Very professional and and knowledgeable. He is a pro. Ten out of ten.

After waking up to a cold house on a Sunday I was certain my husband & I would not find someone to service our furnace. After hours of searching we ran across Arrow-Therm and figured why not🤷. We are so glad we took a chance on this company. The guy on the phone was plesant & even gave a breakdown of cost before coming out. We were up & running the same day. My basement was flooded for almost a week and my hot water heater and furnace stopped working. I called Arrow therm and Heating and that very same day, only hours after calling, Harold was at my home at the time I was given. Harold is professional and solved my problem and because of that I would definitely recommend them. If I need any repairs in the future, they will definitely be my go to. I highly recommend them!

The technician Harold was very knowledgeable and friendly he came in dissected the system to locate the issue and was able to repair the system and check for any leaks to get my home heated for me and my kids right here At Christmas I highly recommend Arrow Therm for all heating and cooling needs

Our AC went out and I called first thing in the morning to see if someone would be able to come out. They had a packed day but the owner himself made it out only a few hours later and was able to diagnose the problem immediately. Ill 100% be going back to this company for further HVAC needs!
