Precision Heating and Cooling

I called Precision after another company told my parents they needed a new furnace and it was not safe to be in the house. They came out on Friday night and made some adjustments, tightened some screws and told us the furnace was fine. All his test came back normal after his adjustments. Great guy, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable.

The guy that came to inspect our furnace reaked of cigaret smoke, was rude about our cats even thought they ran from him. And hewas very condescending about us needing a new furnace and it never should have passed its last inspection which had also been done by precision. Given his attitude I just paid him for his time and called another company to put in the new furnace so they missed out on a lot more money because of their employee.

Installed gas line for pool. Inspector came out said a shut off had to be put in. The Inspector took it upon himself to call owner and owner told him that he would contact us in a few days to get it set up…..never happened no phone call nothing. Fast forward at least more than 3 weeks with no response I finally called to try to set something up, talked to secretary and she said she would call me the next day to set something up, told her I that sounded good I just want to get something in the books so we can wrap up the inspection. Fast forward another week and still have heard nothing and won’t answer either phones.
Very disappointed and unprofessional for someone owning a small business, especially these days you would think that they would make all attempts to make good in your community.

Precision Heating and Cooling provided us with space heaters until they could get our furnace up and running. The space heaters did an excellent job keeping our house warm. The repairs were done quickly. The care shown to our family by your employees is very appreciated!

Very pleased, we had a slight gas leak at a valve. Repaired that and also went thru checking the unit out as well as the intake and exhaust. Highly recommend

Absolute horrific experience. Owner more concerned about appeasing his personal friend who is a DTE employee and keeping his DTE contract/business than doing the right thing. Steer clear.

I have spent most of the summer trying to find an HVAC contractor who would install a new furnace and a new air conditioner at my mobile home. I was turned down, ignored, given a sky-high price, or given a timeline that was going to make me wait! I finally found Precision Heating and Cooling. What a relief! Let me say that again: What a relief! The staff was kind, polite, knowledgeable, able, willing, and so much more - doing the work in a timely manner and at a price much lower than other local companies: labor and materials AND warranties included. I LOVED working with Precision Heating and Cooling. I would highly recommend these folks to anyone who needs HVAC work done. Every part of the process went smoothly and every single Precision staff member I have met has been pleasant. I could hardly speak higher of any other local business. I wish I could give them six stars out of five!

We are so fortunate to be referred to Scott when our furnace died in the coldest weather this winter! He came out the same day and with no pressure helped us choose the right furnace for a great price. The installers were fast and friendly and did a great job. I highly recommend this company.

Thanks to the Team at Precision Heating and Cooling for my new AC install!!!! I called on Monday for a estimate. Tuesday Mike came to my home from Comstock Park to Muskegon to quote me and explain the different types of AC they offer and which one would be best for the size of my home! Thursday morning at 8:30am two techs arrived to install!!!! I truly recommend Precision Heating & Cooling. Great Team of People! Kind and Courteous! Thanks again!
