Matt and team did a great job replacing my furnace and AC. They came out same day I lost heat and quickly bioinformatics the issue. They were very professional. They gave me multiple estimates to choose from and spent time with me going over the new systems very patiently to ensure I understood everything. I would highly recommend Absotemp.

I have been using Absotemp for several years now, and they have never disappointed. Whether for maintenance, emergency repairs or a new installation of a furnace, I highly recommend this company. EDIT: We bought a new home in 2020 and used Absotemp to install a new heating and cooling system, complete with a high powered air filtration system and a heat pump. It was during COVID that the team was here working, and they were very respectful of social distancing and wearing masks. They always let us know what to expect, and worked with us through any issues that came up. They were professional and worked efficiently. When the inspector required a few updates before approval, they fixed the issues immediately and got it done right. I will always highly recommend the great team at Absotemp and the products they represent.

Trying to sell a house and finding out a furnace needs to be replaced is extremely stressful. Absotemp was able to make this experience as smooth as possible for me. Matt came out right away to discuss our options and took the time explaining the ins and outs of how each system works pointing out pros and cons. I never felt pressured to go one way or another with our options. I also felt like he really listened to what I was looking for when working up different scenarios for us. He and his team were extremely professional and conscientious throughout the entire installation process. They know what they are doing and I appreciated how thorough they were. Matt was a referral from a coworker, and lived up to his reputation! He was very knowledgeable and took the time to "educate" us on the differences between systems, answered questions and presented straightforward price options. Furthermore, he answers his phone and adheres to agreed upon scheduled appointments. I mention this, because we found this not to be the case with other companies. The installer was not intrusive and was considerate of those that were home during his workday. The installation was completed on time and we could not be happier with the results! Great customer service and products. Whether you reach the office or leave a message after hours, you will get a call back same day from the owner, Matt. The whole team is great! They provide same or next day service. I had to have my furnace replaced last winter and after deciding on the model and financing, it was replaced the next day. They left my basement cleaner than it was before lol. Highly recommend!

On 7/6 I Absotemp came to my home to help get my AC back running again. My system is old and I am very aware of this, but I was told it had a leak and my suction pressure was low. I was told topping off the system was not necessary too. After all that they collected my $200 and left recommending a new AC unit. I got a second opinion yesterday, and they recommended a new filter and replaced my thermostat, and I had air once again in my house. Despite my system being old they saw ZERO issues with the unit and was performing we despite its age I just need to remember to clean the coils and change the filters on time. Absotemp was guiding me down the wrong path, and I do not recommend them to anyone. If you use them, I would get a second opinion.

Absotemp was great! Our air conditioner wasn't working and Matt came out right away to take a look at it. He diagnosed the problem quickly and got it working very quickly. He also did a mini-audit of the units we had in our house and gave us some tips for how to keep everything moving regularly.

Absotemp was great - we highly recommend them, especially if you're in the Walled Lake area. Matt's fast, personable, and reliable!

I'm surprised by any low-star ratings for this company. My A/C went out unexpectedly and Matt was able to get to my place to fix it in a timely fashion, considering how busy he was. It was the hottest day of the summer and he made sure I didn't go long without my A/C. He was very friendly and informative. He explained some important things to me and I appreciated that. I will be moving my annual service from my current company to Absotemp since I had a really good experience. The pricing, to me, was fair and the quality of the service was great. I'm only sad I hadn't found this company sooner.

Have used Matt’s company for years. They installed new furnace/air conditioning system about 12 years ago that is still going strong. Last Friday about 3 pm I was taking some things down to the basement and noticed that the water heater was leaking. I called Matt and he set up delivery of a new unit and had his installer Terry over about an hour later. Terry stayed into the evening to install new water heater and did a great job. Not the first time Absotemp has helped us out of a jam. Can’t say enough about the professionalism of this company!!

Absotemp came to my house early in the morning and removed my old furnace and had the new one installed and working before dark. They were extremely professional. We are very satisfied with their work. The owner of the company came out for a service call. He tried to clean and repair my old furnace before suggesting that we get a new one as soon as possible. We couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend Absotemp!
