Brett was congenial, professional. knowledgeable, and most of all, thorough. He explained the issue in detail, showed photos of the interior of our furnace where the problem exists,
and offered options for consideration. Once again, Great Dane turned an unfortunate event into a fair
solution we could live with - and Brett is an excellent representative of their company.

Adam was completely professional and honest. I highly recommend. Nick, the installer, was great. Very respectful and very friendly. He was professional as could be.

Eric was promt, as Great Dane is always on time. Eric completed the work that needed to be done today and Was In and Out in about 1 1/2 Hours.

Clayton was attentive to our needs and addressed our concerns with our HVAC system during our biannual inspection. He was friendly and pleasant and prompt. He sent our issue to another department for follow up.

Jeff was one of the most professional repairmen I've encountered. He asked questions to fully understand the scope of my issue before he began any work and he also asked questions upon completion. He gave great preventative recommendations to avoid a reoccurrence of the issue. He was punctual, timely is getting the issue resolved and extremely professional which is extremely important to me! Joe quickly identified the underlying cause for my Goodman furnace malfunction. He fixed the immediate problem, then ordered a replacement part for a component that was likely to create future issues.

I had a great experience throughout my entire process. When I initially called, the receptionist was very polite and got me setup with an appointment. The person who came out to give me a quote was polite, knew what he was talking about, and didn’t try to hard sell me on anything. He was also a shellback so if you’re in the Navy or Marines then you would enjoy that. The two men who installed everything were on time, quick, left no mess, setup my Nest thermostat I bought for free and explained how maintenance worked on everything. Can’t say enough good things about this place.

Nick and Brennan arrived on time (early, actually!!). They were both very polite and professional. They explained what they were going to do, asked if I had questions, took great care in protecting my home while they went in and out and carried in new furnace and carried out the old one. Explained how to set up the new thermostat and told me to reach out if I had any questions or problems. It was a great experience.
