Great Dane Heating & AC

Great Dane came out and gave me their honest opinion about which unit to go with, rather than try and sell me the top of the line unit. Price was comparable to other companies. Purchasing and financing was an easy process that took less than 10 minutes.
Installation was excellent. Jacob and his partner arrived on schedule and got to work right away. After installation he walked through the areas with me, which were clean of debris and all hoses and electrical were installed aesthetically pleasing, and answered any questions I had.

I cannot say enough about Great Dane Heating & Air Conditioning. They are prompt, honest, and highly skilled. We have been using them for many years and every technician they send out has been top notch. Today it was Nicholas and his apprentice Owen, and they were wonderful. To be at the top of their field and then to have such great people skills on top of that, is what Great Dane consistently delivers. I must also mention how kind the office staff is as well. Every phone call is like talking to a dear friend. I am positive the kindness of everyone who works at Great Dane is influenced by the owner, they all speak so highly him, sounds like a great place to work!

The whole team was very professional. It was a positive experience. I highly recommend this company and the gentlemen who came out to do the installation of our new air conditioning system. They were all polite, kind and courteous. David took plenty of time to make sure we understood our new system.

Very impressed. Mason explained everything to me and took the time to answer all my questions. He was friendly and professional and didn’t not try to push me into getting something I didn’t want. My dog liked him, too! I will definitely use this company again!

AC would not work due to issues with a DTE program I was on. Ryan came out today and diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to getting the unit up and running in minutes. Ryan was extremely professional and we couldn’t be happier with his service. A shout out to Great Dane for their quick response and for hiring Veterans!

Have had Great Dane out in the past and they were fantastic in every way. They contacted me about a spring tune up special and I took advantage of the offer. Mason came out and was very friendly and thorough. He went over everything with me in detail and went over maintenance tips as well. I also received an email copy of everything with pictures and estimated costs for anything I would like to do in the future. As a first time home owner this was such a great opportunity to learn about my system and makes sure everything was working correctly and would continue to do so in the future. I also like that the company sends a text with a picture of who is coming to preform the service. It makes you feel at ease.

Typically, I really dislike 'time frame's'
BUT the 8-11 am time frame was accurate, plus the tech called to give me a 20 minute "heads up" of his arrival! He fixed my air conditioner, was pleasant with my children, and was very curdious to my husband and I during the whole time he was here! Great job!

My techs name was Mihali. He was excellent! Works with the Great Dane Heating and Cooling Company I recently purchased a new furnace and air conditioning from.
I had a sound issue coming through my furnace as the air conditioning is in motion right now. Mihai dug into the matter and was diligent in finding the source. Found the problem and all is quiet now and I'm happy he found a solution and fixed it. Great tech and great service.

Called at 8 am on Sunday and it was fixed by 10 am. Great deal if you sign up for their AC and furnace check which is two visits per year. Luke was really fast at showing up on a Sunday and had the part so he fixed it quickly!!

Great service! I called in the morning and they had someone out to my home by early afternoon on the same day. Jeff was personable and very professional. He took the time to explain things thoroughly, and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this company to others.
