Royalty Air Duct & Carpet Cleaning

The team was punctual, friendly, thorough, and on budget. Work was performed professionally and with care. I would not hesitate to hire them again!

We first hired Royalty to clean our air ducts. The guys who came out did a great job and we're very professional, so when we needed carpets cleaned two weeks later they were the first company I called. It was a different tech but he was also great. Won't hesitate to hire them again.

I highly recommend Royal Air Duct & Carpet Cleaning! I had ducts and carpet cleaned. Very professional, from making the appointment on the phone to the technicians that came out. Duct cleaning crew arrived on time and wore masks and shoe covers. They explained the process and answered all my questions. The provided before and after pics showing the amazing difference. The house had never had this done and I am so glad I decide to have this done. When the ducts crew was finishing up, the carpet cleaning crew showed up. They also did a great job. They treated spots and gave extra attention to removing them. I will definitely use them again!!

I was really impressed with the communication for this process from start to finish. I initially started with a messenger service online and clearly was connected with a human and not a robot. The company called me promptly when business hours resumed, and there was clear and regular communication from the office and Justin around arrival time. Justin and Logan arrived within the pre-designated window, worked carefully, but quickly and efficiently, and were very professional. I wish I had known to clear anything near vents or air returns in advance (it's possible I missed that), but it was fine to move them quickly in the moment. The service felt like a huge improvement to our air quality and I'm very happy with Royalty Air Duct! Thanks!

So I made an appointment for them to come clean my house for over $600. I called 2 days before to ask about cleaning methods and they said they use one method. So I asked if the pictures before and after didn’t show the improvement would they use brushes to clean the main ducts or any other methods. She promised to ask the owner. She called me few minutes later and said we will cancel the appointment because you won’t be happy with us anyway and you are just going to argue. So they decided to cancel rather than answer tge questions. It looks like they use only one method and not willing to improve their work skills or technologies. Just shameful response

I never questioned the many. My house is over $600K. But when you answer is this is the only way we do it and if it’s not cleaned or no difference in pictures, that assumes improvement methods or truly making sure job is well done is top priority to your company. It was one question and you decided to cancel it just because you want to force customer to your opinion and methods. Maybe you guys do clean ducts good but definitely not looking for improvements, listening to concerns or what to do if your only method doesn’t work. One directional

Jeff and Josh did great work. They made sure everything was taken care of, explained the process and watched out for our pets while going through each room. Very friendly and great to work with. Highly recommend their services.

Mike and Jay were great, very professional, and not a long process. I would highly recommend using them, as I will be again in 5 yrs!

Jeff & TJ were amazing! Super friendly and did an awesome job! They were efficient, affordable, communicated well, walked up through the process, and showed before and after photos and made sure we were happy before leaving. Highly recommend this company & Jeff & TJ to everyone!

This is our 2nd home Royalty has cleaned our hvac ducts and did a great job and was very clean process. I highly recommend them for there service.

Royalty was professional and on time. When I had an after business hours concern they were quick to respond. They even sent a crew out on the weekend first thing in the morning. I would definitely use them again and recommend their services.
