Called Fontaine because of a Hot Water Heater issue. They were at my home within an hour and was told i needed a new heater and that they would pick me up a new heater and install the next morning. They called me back the next morning and told me they'd be there within the hour to install. They arrived promptly and installed water heater in little over an hour. Nigel and crew were friendly, reliable and most of all very professional. Highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.

Needed an A/C inspection and repair last minute , they were able to schedule it within a few hours , Don the service tech was extremely knowledgeable and fixed the issue right way, highly recommend them.

Great Business, Dave (owner) and the boys do very nice work. They did a major AC replacement job for me including the following:

Replace outside main AC Unit, replace inside furnace coil, all piping/connections to both, new central Humidifier, and also a great new Fujitsu "Split" AC/heat pump unit for a large area that never had good AC (because it did not have enough vents for the addition & skylights that had been added at a later point). Dave gave a detailed price estimate and stuck to it while also doing a few extras for no additional charge. When we did have a minor problem (bad part, not their fault), they were back in hours, not days. You could tell that Dave and his men take pride in their work and that it bothered them when there was a problem and they wanted to be sure it was totally fixed ASAP. When things go perfectly, is one thing to get "good service" from a business but when you hit a problem, that is where you find out how good a business they really are.

Had used for a few years for furnace cleanings..last year oil leaked out alot on floor somehow while he did the cleaning..he tried speedy dry to sook it up..but smelled terrible for 6 months in my cellar. He should have at least let us know and apologized..This year never showed on date expected..claimed he did but I was home..have 3 Chihuahuas that bark when someone knocks on door ..when called him to ask..he swore at me and hung up.Not very professional behavior!!

Great service. They told me exactly what the issue was and charged me the going rate for the fix. After some horrible experiences with Noonan, the professionalism of Fontaine was refreshing! Definitely woman-friendly as well (didn't talk down to me or try to charge me extra). I highly recommend them.

Fujitsu split unit cooling/warming system installed in April. Bid was competitive BUT follow up & communication by David far surpassed competitor. Installation took less time than anticipated (only 2-3 days) & David always responded immediately to my questions. System is magnificent.

Dave and his guys have installed a boiler,maintained it,installed central air,maintained that,and every call for service or installation has been answered quickly and the job done always to my satisfaction.I can't recommend these guys enough.
