Harrison was polite, thorough yet quick. I had a 12-4pm window, which in my opinion is too broad of a time frame but I didn’t have to wait too long and I appreciated that! He also inquired about any problems or issues the unit was experiencing, showing his willingness to address any issues on the spot. Overall, I’d say it was a great experience! FSi staff and techs are the best. Every interaction I've had with them has been top notch: responsible, responsive, and knowledgeable. Travis came by my place today to check on our AC and he did a very thorough job cleaning everything up and making sure it was running perfectly. AND, for those of us who are immunocompromised, their techs have always been willing to wearing a mask when wearing inside. Thank you, FSi!

Tim and a 2nd person arrived, and introduced themselves right away, before coming inside.

Evaluating our current furnace, Tim asked if he could measure all the heating elements in each room, to provide the most accurate estimate of the best size furnace, for the size heating elements we have in all the rooms combined, rather than a simple replacement of the same size furnace.

Overall, Tim was clear and concise in his explanation of each step of the evaluation. He answered all my questions extremely well.

Tim was very professional. I wouldn't want anyone else to have done the evaluation.

He arrived right when I was told he would be here; he went right to work on checking out my furnace; and he was very nice about answering my questions. FSI just came and connected our grill to our propane. Justin was excellent; he knew what he was doing, had patience with our questions, and offered a tip as to how to keep the insides of a grill clean. Great experience with him and Edwin

Since having my new furnace and air conditioning units installed by FSi in 2012, the service has been nothing short of outstanding. I've been a customer for a good 30 plus yrs. With this company, and there's a good reason why. The service is excellent and very professional. Always a pleasant voice on the other end of the phone. There Service people are very respectable , today's service was no exception, Ray did a great job , left no mess and was a good guy.
