Masse Heating & Cooling

After I drained the 18 inches of water from my basement from a sump failure Wayne stepped in & 1st resuscitated my gas furnace and then literally rebuilt my water heater (which most would have immediately declared DOA). Wayne saved me from a very large expense at a tough time simply because he cares equally for all those lucky enough to call him for Heating & Cooling service & repair.

I chose this company based on their location. They are located in the same town that I live in. I called and I left a message trying to set up an appointment to have them take a look at my furnace. It took a few days, but eventually I did get a call back and he set up a time to come out on either Thursday or Friday of the same week. Thursday came no call no show, Friday came no call no show so I left a message on their voicemail asking when we were going to reschedule and they did not return my call. I called two other times and then both messages asked that he please give me a call back and let me know if this was something he was not going to do as a courtesy so I could find somebody else instead of waiting on him. He never called back. I just don’t understand how companies can operate like this, no professionalism at all, and no consideration for their customers.
