Max Heating and Cooling

Dan at Max Heating and Cooling installed my tankless water heater (an amazing job, I've already raved about). He then did some pre-summer maintenance on my AC ... which puts my mind at ease. Most recently his techs helped get my Navien water heater back online after a computer board glitch (a well-document issue with Navien). Every time they have been friendly and professional. They stand behind their work. They totally earned their "all-star" rating.

Our heat stopped working so I called Max Heating & Cooling late Friday morning, Dan answered right away, I explained our situation and he was able to squeeze us in that day to check out what was going on. Dan came in, took a look at our heating system, quickly identified the problem and answered a few other questions I had. Within a few hours, I had a quotation in hand, wrote back and told us what we wanted to do and he said he'd have someone out to us Monday.

By the time I got home from dropping my son at school in the morning on Monday, the Max Heating & Cooling truck was in my driveway and Shane was unloading his tools out of the truck ready to go. By 10 am we had heat again!

Both Dan & Shane were very nice and professional, arrived on time and were able to get the problem diagnosed & fixed quickly. I will definitely be using them again in the future. Highly recommend!

I recently used Max Heating and Cooling to replace a furnace and install central air. They were very knowledgable - offering a strong consultation, answering all of my questions, and helping to arrive at the solution that made the most sense for my situation.

After 'shopping around' it was a no brainer to work with this company. Dan and Sam were so pleasant. They were not only a reasonable price, but got the job done in two days where as other companies were estimating 5-7. We had our hvac replaced completely - heat/ac. Dan came to do an estimate and got us going less than a week later.. Onsite, Sam & his team were thorough, kind, clean and efficient. They were so quiet, we forgot they were even here! I have two little ones and they were no bother at all to our daily routine. Sam made it a point to go over in detail what they had done, how to change filters, turn of gas, etc. I hope we do not have to call for anything else but would certainly be glad to speak to either of them again :) thank you Dan & Sam (Sam-I-Am, as my daughter would say). As a new home owner, finding out that the mini-split AC unit does not work was a shock. Had it serviced, did many consults and was very concerned I wouldn't get what I needed, and that was quality advice and a contractor that I trusted. I got Max Heating and Cooling info from Home Advisor's and my whole experience with them has been nothing but incredible. I strongly recommend them. I literally had about 5 different consults and quotes and I'm so glad I went with Dan and the TEAM #1 CREW!!! I can't say enough kind words about everyone I met so far w/ Max Heating and cooling. They've made this big purchase as stressless as possible. Kind, attentive, responsive, and problem solvers with high quality service. A no brainer to choose this company.

Sam, Dan, and the team were incredible to work with from start to finish. Coming as a recommendation to us, we called to try and fix our faucet but thought we might need to buy and replace the whole thing. However, Sam worked to save it and all in a very last-minute situation.

From there, we quoted out a few more projects and chose them over others based on quality, honesty, and price. They ended up doing all three interior mini-split and exterior condenser replacements as well as a switch to an on-demand water heater. This is our first home and first time ever doing these types of projects and the team at Max exceeded all our expectations. The work was so good that our neighbors booked them before they even finished with our project.

Dan stopped by to give us an estimate the day I called and was able to schedule us in a few days later.

I called Max Heating and Cooling because our system wasn't working on what would eventually be a 95 degree day. There were a few service calls ahead of me, but Dan showed up later that afternoon and got us up and running.

He then took the time to talk to us about our system and answer the many questions we had (our last HVAC people weren't all that helpful in this area).

Over all it was a great experience. Dan and his crew were true professionals, honest and knowledgeable and I will gladly give them a call again for my HVAC needs. Highly recommend!

I was shopping for a new AC system (a combo of ductless on first floor + ducted on the second) last summer and ran into Max HVAC guys working in the area. The neighbour where they did the job gave them sparkling recommendation, and they submitted by far the best quote of about 10 companies I had considered, so I decided to take a chance and was never disappointed with my decision. Sam was in charge of the crew, and they were very punctual with their job, working for 2 days in my attic in the midst of a sweltering heat wave. The installation itself was impeccable and they cleaned afterwards really thoroughly. When I noticed a few months later that the plastic drip pan under the air handler became bent, Dan and Sam quickly came out to replace it with an aluminum one. Really recommend these guys for their professionalism and very reasonable pricing.

Extremely happy with my experience with Max Heating and Cooling. We've used some of the larger HVAC company in the area before and those experiences were not as thorough and seemed to cost more for less. I feel like I got more than my money's worth from this maintenance and will definitely use them again.
