ClimateMax Heating and Cooling

Bought a new unit from climateMax approximately 3 or 4 years ago, cause the one I had in my double wide the coils were leaking bad enough, I had to replace my floor. Tim came out and gave me a good price on a new unit and had them install it. When the summer months came around the unit would not cool the home no lower than 74 degrees, called them and they came out and he told me my vent openings were not big enough and as soon as he got back to the office he would get back to me on when he could fix it. Well, he never has. My old unit cooled my double wide with no problem (69 degrees), it just was leaking badly. I do not know why my old leaky unit would cool the home down, but not the new one. I had to go buy an alternate unit to help cool it down. I do not recommend them. I work outside and hard for my money. I do not like throwing money away

A few weeks back I had an issue with my unit and the owner came out to repair it within a very reasonable time after I placed my call. My unit is working amazingly now and I thank him. Please call ClimateMax for you HVAC needs

We had no heat on Christmas Eve. We called another company and a tech came out to look. The parts needed were ok back order and the office was closed. A week later we had heard nothing! I called Tim and he came out the next day and told us we needed a new unit. He got us up and going in less than a week. His team was responsible and professional. They were super respectful of our property and our money. We love ClimateMax!

We are in process of renovating 15 properties in Albemarle. Tim Leslie and his staff have installed new systems, repaired existing system in all of our properties. Climate Max came out on a cold winters day and fixed my 50 year old oil furnace so my house wasn’t 37F anymore we had gone without heat for several days . Their HVAC techs are highly skilled and efficient in dealing with most any problems you could have , if you are even remotely concerned about your heating or air you won’t regret giving Climate Max a call I can’t recommend them enough !

Prompt service call, fixed the problem within 24 hours of reporting an issue. I do have to say arrogance does not look good on an owner of a company.
