I had a major stain on my ceiling and I did not know what was causing it. I did not know if it was either my roof leaking or my AC condenser had overflowed. I climbed up into the crawl space ( have never been up there in the 20 years I have lived here) and quickly realized it was the condenser. A friend of mine had just had her AC unit replaced by Armus Mechanical and was very pleased with his service.
As soon as I explained the condition of my condenser he knew exactly what was the situation was. We made arrangements for him to come to my home and have him fix my unit in the afternoon. He even sent me a text saying he was running early and could come sooner. That never happens!
Eddie was quick and efficient. I will definitely use him again and most definitely be recommending him to everyone

Ed is so nice and professional! He explains everything to you that he’s doing and what you can do to prevent any issues. Highly recommend him! I wouldn’t call anyone else! Also-he came to the house early!!! That’s amazing in itself!
