Armus Mechanical ✅

I called Armus Mechanical two days ago to get a technician out to look at my central AC unit. Unlike every other company that quoted 1-2 weeks for a service appointment, Eddie was dispatched within 48 hours! He got here, found and resolved in 30 minutes! It was a quick fix and he was very transparent.

Eddie did not try to upsell me (unlike most companies), which I greatly appreciated. I had a great experience with Armus today and our cat loved him. I will take that as a good sign as well 😁 Thank you Eddie!

Ed was great!! He came when he said he would and fixed our mini-split in 15 minutes. I had called several other folks and he was the only one who called me back. He was professional and knowledgable. I will recommend him to all my family and friends.

I couldn’t find no body to fix my central air system in such a short notice . I called on the weekend. He squeezed me into his bz schedule for Monday late afternoon. He was very professional, he kept the communication line going well. He showed up on time. He did a great job. I would definitely use them again. They’re very knowledgeable and reliable. Eddie was fantastic! Highly recommended! He was responsive to my initial request for help (which was awesome considering there were 3 other places I reached out to around that time that ignored my calls/requests) and kept me in the loop during the whole process. He came to take a look at my central AC system (which was not working) and was precise with what time he would be arriving which was helpful since I work and could plan accordingly. He was determined to diagnose the problem and even spent time researching it after he left and came back the next day with a solution! He certainly goes above and beyond and is a true advocate for the customer!

Eddie was great! He was compassionate and empathetic which you don’t see much of these days! Most business are backed up for weeks so I was glad he fit me in before the weekend since it’ll be getting to 90 degrees! My ac works like it should and I’m very grateful! Eddie was great. Called me Wednesday said he'd be at my house Thursday at 4. He was there. Replaced the capacitor in no time flat. Now that I have his card and knowing he maintains heaters as well I will be calling for a maintenance schedule for both. Very reliable. Thanks so much. Lestyn Gilmore

Called this morning as gas furnace was not working. House was 47 degrees! Very receptive customer service who stated someone would be calling me within 30 minutes and would be out today! Never used this company before. Prompt service, very knowledgeable, kind and solved the problem! Now I have a reliable service to use in the future. Highly recommend. Eddie was great!

I was having issues with my hvac system. Eddie was great to work with. He was very efficient in returning my phone call and coming to my house to help me with the problem. Very knowledgeable and looked up info for me and sent a detail description of the problem. I recommend him 💯!

Eddie called me immediately and came out to quote my AC install. He took the time to try to save my old unit but it was too far gone. He didn’t charge me for the time and is quoting out a new unit. Great guy, great service!

Wonderful experience! Our central air stopped working. I called in the morning and he said he would come by at 2:30pm that afternoon and he was there right on time. He fixed the system, explained everything as he went, and was very reasonably priced! Highly recommend!!!!
