Looked at the job and explained everything and answered our questions. His employees were so professional,neat, on time and installation was outstanding. I would highly recommend them, don’t call anyone else they are the best. Thanks again for Aldo’s HVAC for the fantastic work done.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this company and their service. I spoke with the owner's son, Al on a Thursday. He came out the same day, assessed the project, showed up on Monday, as promised, to do the work and everything was done as described. The men were careful with my things, protected my belongings in the areas they were working, were respectful of my space and cleaned up after themselves. I've been renovating my house for several months now and these tradesmen were by far the easiest to work with. Plus they were genuinely nice people. What more could you ask for? Aldo HVAC is an exceptional HVAC company. They have done a professional job installing 7 high efficiency hvac systems (ECOER) that is smart and efficient. The smart diagnostics allows for Aldo’s team to act proactively before a problem arises. Crisis prevention. In addition, they have saved us with value on operating costs. We had them also install the ERV ventilation systems for fresh air that is energy efficient. They finally put in ion (no ozone) producing hardware to keep bacteria and viruses to a minimum. Al and his team have shown that they care repeatedly about their customers. They have answered all my questions, and I do ask a lot of questions. I like to be well informed. Their pricing was reasonable, which allowed us, a Medicaid facility, to be able to tap onto this exciting and cost-effective opportunity.

I have used Aldos twice first for myself when A/C wasn’t working and they came out straight away and took care of it. Then when my sister needed to have her whole A/C system replaced, I called them. All the staff I met were polite, professional and very helpful especially Clarius and Al. They set a date for the job and they stuck to it and kept me in the loop. Even afterwards, when I had questions about applying for a rebate they informed me about, Al responded to me every-time. Would definitely recommend without hesitation. June in Quincy area.

These guys really came through in a pinch. I had a problem with an existing furnace about to die in a rental property and they came out, quoted and 10 days later installed a new furnace/ac/ductwork. They even installed it all in 1 day! Their price was incredibly fair and Al, the project manager and sales person, was very responsive and transparent from the beginning. I have worked with a lot of contractors and these folks really are great!

A++ service from Al and his team. Super responsive, and also extremely knowledgeable about all systems, including modern Heat Pump and hybrid configurations. Al is a genius. Installed a new hybrid heat pump system for us.

I would strongly encourage you to take your business elsewhere and work with a company with people who are kind, respectful, honest even when they are not doing business with you.

We had an incident with our car and one of Aldos HVAC's service vehicles. My car bumper was scraped and we were able to get footage from our neighbor's camera which is how we contacted Al's about this accident. The time frame (30 minute time window that I was away from my vehicle) and damage on my car matched up well from the surveillance camera footage. We contacted Aldos HVAC to have a conversation about this with them and they were extremely rude and unprofessional about it all. While the camera footage is not 100% clear (I would be happy to share it with anyone though to get more opinions) they were not even responsive that it could have possibly been them at fault. First, they tried to imply that it was simply my mistake and that I had missed the damage previously (I am a new mom and have a young baby which requires me to get the stroller out of my car almost every single day, multiple times a day. I would have definitely noticed major damage on my car!). Then they blamed us for trying to pin our accident on them and that it happens to them all the time where their drivers aren't even working in that area.. which is totally false since we have footage of their van swiping our car in the time frame that the accident occurred.

We are confident they hit our car and they strongly believe they didn't - but regardless of that fact the way that they treated me and spoke to me was completely disrespectful. I wish they would have just spoke with us in a respectful manner rather than try to turn the tables around and blame me for my own car getting damaged. Again, I want to reiterate that I would strongly encourage you to take your business elsewhere and work with a company with people who are kind, respectful, honest even when they are not doing business with you.

Recently, Aldo and his crew installed a mini split system at our home in Somerville. It is a sophisticated, demanding job, requiring significant technical skills. They did an impeccable job, quick and clean. They demonstrated great resourcefulness, working around significant structural limitations imposed by our old 19th century house. A couple of years ago they installed an entire HVAC system for a large auditorium our church was building in the city of Boston. Again, they did an extraordinary job. Passed inspections without any problems and saved us a ton of money. I recommend them enthusiastically and without any hesitation. You cannot go wrong with them.
