Peter was prompt, explained what he was going to do, figured out the problem and advised us of the solutions, not only for the hot water heater but for the washing machine drain as well. He replaced the hot water heater within a few hours of arriving at the house, cleaned up everything and was very professional. Thank you!

Just had my first experience with Waldman Plumbing and have already referred them to friends. Prompt with notification of arrival time with photo on who to expect, high quality work and even took the extra step to help find me a piece of hardware that I was missing. I have had many bad experiences with plumbers in the past and will only use Waldman from now on.

Well I called for an estimate and it wasn’t free most plumbers are providing free estimates. The estimate cost me $75 and would only be waived if work was started on the same day. Also the estimate for the work was almost $4,000 over twice as much when compared to other estimates. They were charging me enough to do everyones in the building’s washer and dryer hookup. They made it seem like the job was bigger than what it really is. The guys were nice but ridiculously expensive.

After holding a service contract and spending lots of money using Waldman during the past 5 years, John the owner tried to scalp me on an easy quick repair. Quoting $6011.00 to replace a 2 foot section of copper drain pipe with PVC replacement. A simple cut and replace job! Don’t use this company if you are a home owner or residential customer. Seems like all he’s interested in is big jobs from commercial customers!

Called this morning to get some pipes under the kitchen sink fixed. I was very happy with the customer service! The lady who answered the phone was very pleasant and friendly. I asked for a window of time and she said between 10 and 12. The time was 9:15 and I was very happy to get an appointment so fast! The 2 guys even got here a little early around around 9:45. They were very professional and friendly. Fixed everything up quickly and cleanly. They did an awesome job replacing all the pvc pipe and bringing it up to code under there.

I had called a different plumber who we had used before to unclog the same drain. He said he would be here Monday. I called this morning and asked what time he was planning on getting here. He told me he had 2 other jobs he had to do first. I asked if he could give me a window of time so I could make sure I was home and got, "Oh God. Listen, I'm a busy guy. I'll let you know when I'm on my way.", as a response. So that's when I called Waldman and I'm very happy with that choice! They cost a little more than the other guy but honestly it was fully worth it for the customer service and professionalism! For a stressed out, stay at home mom, who is trying to finish packing her house to move in a few days at the same time as taking care of her baby's every need while dad's at work, the ease of working with Waldman has literally made my day. So much so that I just wrote you a novel for a review lol. Thank you so much!

Great job as usual. This time around I needed help with Kitchen sink plumbing. Previous owners did their own plumbing and should have stuck with cutting grass. David stopped by, looked over the situation, made suggestions and worked out an estimate. Later he showed up on time and redid the plumbing and now everything works great.

We have had Waldman Plumbing install our new tankless boiler, our indirect water heater, our new laundry box, our flo water monitor, the list goes on and on. They’re a fantastic team to work with.

Needed a shut off valve for a washer. Quick and easy!
